Charlotte
"So, how was it?" Adam asks me right after he parks the car in front of my house.
"It was fun," I answer shortly. To be honest, it was awkward. Benjamin didn't talk much like he used to and the rest of the time, we spent it by watching the game on the telly.
I still think why Benjamin was so quiet tonight. Seems like he had something to talk to me but he didn't do it.
"Charlie," Adam says in his low but soft voice.
"Hmm?"
"I have a surprise for you,"
My heart beats faster. "What is it, Adam?"
"So," Adam clears his throat. "I've been learning that you like Sing Street so much.
"Aha.." I'm listening to his words carefully.
"So, Sing Street will hold up a concert in London next week and .."
Adam pulls out two pieces of paper from the pocket of his coat. It's the Sing Street concert tickets.
"Not the best seat, but," he shrugs.
"Adam! I thought the tickets all sold out." I pout in happiness.
"I took the last two of them."
I pull Adam closer for a kiss. "Thank you very much, Adam!"
The kiss goes quite long as I move my body to sit on his lap. Our kiss syncing perfectly like these two lips are meant to be together. When we break the kiss, his eyes meet mine, even in this dimmed lights, I can see his eyes filled with lust. The kiss continues right after we trace each other faces. His tongue tries to touch mine and I slightly open my mouth apart, letting his warm tongue slide in. My hands are wandering over his hair, pulling them softly, making him growl between our kiss.
I can feel his rough hands running up to my breast, giving them a slight massage that makes my body jolt. A low moans escape from my lips. His hands now moving under my dress, sliding one hand underneath my bra and giving it another massage. His rough hand feels very soft on my skin. He slides another hand and starts pinching my tip, giving me a pleasurable pain.
"Oh, Adam," I whimper. My mind thinks maybe this is the right time for us to lose our virginity. If this is the time, I think I'm ready and I think Adam know where this going.
All of a sudden, someone knock on the car window. I solemnly wear my heart drops to the ground.
"April?" I grunt. Bad timing, April. Very bad timing.
"Hey guys, sorry to bother but your car is blocking the way," April speaks through the other side of the window.
Adam and I look at each other, then we laugh. "I'm so sorry, Adam."
"Don't be sorry," he responds. "I'm going to move the car."
"I think I'm going to call it a night," I say awkwardly, still sitting perfectly on his lap. "Is it okay ?"
"Yeah yeah.." Adam gives the permission. "You need to rest anyway."
"Thank you again, Adam." I give him a little kiss then take my bag and get out from the driver seat.
"Toodles," I wave him goodbye as he drives away.
"Bad timing, April!" I say immediately as I watch Adam is already out of sight.
"You're not ready for what comes night, Charlie," April simply answers.
There's a battle in my mind right now, between the read and not ready team. Maybe April was right. Maybe I'm not ready to lose my virginity, yet.
