The Second Try

"You did not!" April's voice nearly breaks my eardrums. 

"We did," I convince her. "Twice."

April raises from her bed and gives me a clap. I suppose she's giving me a standing ovation. "Welcome to the club, virgin."

"I want every detail," April forces. 

"He was really good. I can't believe that it was his first time but it was my first time too," I try to remember what happened between me and Adam last night. The way he laid on top of me, the way he kissed my lips and my lady part, and his huge member entering me for the first time. It was magical. 

"Do you want a piece of advice from the expert?" She offers. 

"What is it ?"

"Start taking birth control," she continues. "Trust me, he will be very thankful with you. One night after I decided to take the birth control,  Tom and I had sex without a condom and it was amazing. He said he could fill inside..."

"Okay, I get it." I interrupt her, can't bear to hear about her sex life with Tom. "I'll start taking the birth pills."

"Aren't you going to campus today ?" April asks, changing the subject.

"Yes, I am," I answer, standing up from my bed. "Adam will pick me up."

"Geez. You love bird. You don't really have to do everything together you know." I can see April rolls her eyes.

"Can you just be happy that I'm finally not single anymore ?"

"Yeah, yeah," April gives me a smack on my buttocks and leaves with a laugh. 

After 5 minutes of waiting, Adam is finally here. I can tell when I hear the door bell's ring. As I walk downstairs, I take my coat from the hanger and put it on me. 

"April, I'm leaving!" I shout trying to catch her attention while I'm already downstairs.

"Safe ride," she replies.

"Hey, Charlie," Adam greets right after I open the front door. His smile makes the cold air warm. His hair is slicked back like usual and he's wearing his black coat. "Ready to go ?"

I nod in excitement. "Let's go."

It's like a habit for him to open the car door for me and I can't lie, ever since Adam did that to me, I always wait for him to open the door. 

"What do you want for dinner tonight ?" He starts the conversation. 

"Chinese food please ?" I answer. 

"Chinese food it is then." He looks in my direction and gives me a little smile on the corner of his lips. 

"What time should I pick you up ?" He asks.

"Hang on," I take my phone from my bag, scrolling through my schedule for today. "My last class is at 4, you can pick me up at 6."

Adam stops the car, knowing we're already at my faculty. "Alright. Have a great day, baby."

He leans in towards me, trying to approach my lips. I give him a quick kiss before jumping out of the car, giving him a goodbye-wave.

"See you later," I say, waving at him as he waves back. 

As I walk to my class, I feel someone is following me. Suddenly, someone jumps in front of me. 

"Hey Charlie," Benjamin says. 

"Hey Benjie," I reply in confused, I realize I haven't seen him since the last time we went out. No one knew where he was, I supposed he's out of town and it's not usual for Benjamin to be this energic. He usually ignores almost everyone until they start to talk to him first. "You look vibrant today."
