Chapter 5 - Charms

Hmm.. he still hasn't replied until now. I've been waiting 5 hours for a reply. That idiot. Looks like I do need to go there.

The sun was still high in the horizon. The clouds covered part of it in every minute as they pass under. Soft winds blew lost leaves across the air and scoops up another leaf. The wind passes by Rumiha blows her shiny, straight hair as she tries to hold it. The sun's sunlight reflects on her hair, together with the shine her brown eyes give off a glow. Her firm, slim body gave her a natural, wonderful look. A girl who looked younger than her age was every man's dream to be with.

She stops at a nearby bus stop and stood there for a while and boarded an oncoming bus.

If only we weren't friends, I wouldn't even bother worrying about him. He should be thankful at least.

She looks at the moving terrain outside the bus' window and holds her briefcase tightly.

Does he even treasure our friendship and values it as much as I do? 

Her face gives off a worrying feel with her eyes. Happy or sad, her beauty doesn't fade.

*Sssssshhhh*

The shower's hiss of water on the tiled floor sends a riddle of sounds in the bathroom. The water hits the back of Rouji as he stood there while spacing out.

I still can't accept the fact that a girl would be living together with me here at my house. 

He turns off the shower and grabs his towel and wraps it around his waist.

"Katsune-san, take a bath now. I'm done." he said as he got out.

He walks toward his room and notices that her room was open. He went to her room and peeked inside.

"Katsune-san, are you he-..." he stops.

A beautiful body with a tail pointing upwards and fair white skin unfolded right in front of his eyes. He witnesses Katsune as she took off her dress while facing away. Slowly, Katsune turns her head around.

"Rouji-kun, you fucking pervert." she says with gloomy eyes while looking at him.

"W-What?! N-No!!" he goes out and closes her door. "Atleast close the door when you undress!! Didn't you hear me when I got out the shower?!" he yells.

"Tsk.. I'm sorry if I didn't close then. But couldn't you warn me that my door was open instead of peeking for a while?" she said inside the room while she covered her front side.

"S-Sorry.. I.. got.. captivated I guess.." he says. My heart skipped a beat when I saw her.. well, I didn't see her front side.. that's a good thing. My conscience is clean.

"Next time I see you do that, I won't hesitate to use my powers on you."

"But you just did." he smirks.

"What? I didn't even do that on purpose." 

"Well, nevermind. Go take a shower now." he walks towards his room.

"Wait!" she rushes toward the door and peeks outside. "I don't have any other clothing that I could wear..."

"Oh.. right. I'll let you borrow my shirt and pants for now.. I'll buy you some clothes later."

"O-Okay. Just leave it inside my room when I take a shower." she closes the door again.

"..." Rouji looks at her door silently and goes inside his room to dress up.

Soon after finishing changing, he brings a casual shirt and shorts to her room and places it on the bed. He silently stands for a while as he stared at the window in the far side of the room.
