Since Alex and his mom lived a couple houses down, it was a very quick and silent ride. When we got out of the car, three boys came running over from the house next door.
"ALEX!" They yelled at the same time and ran up to us.
"Hey guys! This is Alli. Shes new and lives 4 houses down. Alli, this is Austin, Robert and Dave." Alex said gesturing to each of the boys.
"Hello!" I said and waved to them.
I looked at every boy. They weren't half bad. They had the looks. And seemed nice enough. But Austin is really the one who caught my eye. Since the whole time, Austin hasn't said a word. Just looked at me weird. Do i have something on my teeth? Was i just plain hideous? I know I'm not the best looking girl, but i think I'm at least decent.
Finally, Austin spoke up. "Does your last name happen to be Knight?" He asked still looking at me but dropping the weird look.
"Yeah it is. How do you know?" I asked curiously.
"And did you used to live in New York before moving here?" He asked taking a step closer.
I quickly stepped back and nodded. How did he know all this stuff about me?
"I'm Austin. Austin Mahone."
