Adora POV
    My teacher Miss Browne, looked around at all of the bored and unenthusiastic people in the classroom and said "cmon guys, I know its monday, but can you try giving me a little bit of life and enthusiasm????" Nobody responded so she sighed and said "Can one of you name one person who signed the Declaration of Independence?" I looked around at my classmates and saw that nobody was raising there hands. So I raised my hand  for a second until I was shot down by my Miss Browne who said. "Adora answers every single question, can someone else try to answer this one?" About 30 seconds later after no one answered, my friend Perfuma raised her hand and asked"Didn't Abraham Lincoln sign the Declaration of Independence." Miss Browne rolled her eyes and said "nope, wrong century."

Perfuma slouched down in her seat when suddenly there was a burst laughter coming from the back of the classroom. Everyone looked back and saw that Catra and Scorpia were passing notes and laughing at something. I smirked at my friend Glimmer for a second cause me and everyone else in the class knew that some type of outburst or fight between Miss Browne and Catra was bound to happen. As Miss Browne was walking towards them. Glimmer tossed me a note that said "Seee aren't you glad you broke up with Catra?? Now you don't have to deal with her annoying antics anymore." I honestly didn't know how to respond to Glimmer since my feelings for her still sometimes lingered here and there. So I just wrote a simple "haha yeahhh"

Catra and I have a highly complicated relationship, we dated for a year and half. but I ended up breaking off the relationship a couple months ago because she was widely known as that edgy, rebellious girl that everyone wanted to hate, but she was just too freakin cool to be hated. Sure our relationship was going pretty strong, but everyday I felt like she was always getting in trouble or being suspended for something stupid. I ended the relationship cause I thought at the time that I wanted to be more focused on my grades, sports and my future instead of focusing on her but now... im not so sure.

Anyways Miss Browne walked over to them and said "May I ask what about American History is funny?" Scorpia looked up at Miss Browne and said "Oh uhhh sorry Miss Browne..... I promise we won't be rude aga....." and before Scorpia could even finish her sentence. Catra said in an annoyed tone "Why do you care, why do we even need to know this anyways, after I graduate from this hellhole I won't be needing any of this bullshit." Glimmer laughed under her breath and whispered to me "Yeah that is if she graduates." The entire class was on the edge of their seats, looking to see what would come out of Catras mouth next. Miss Browne said "if you think your smart enough not to pay attention to my class, then how about you name someone who signed the Declaration of Independence. Catra responded in a sarcestic tone "Ughhhh I don't know. Stop asking me useless questions. " the arugement was interupted by the bell ringing. Miss Browne yelled "Adora and Catra see me after class." Everyone knew the reason why Catra was being called up to Miss Brownes desk but why me???

I felt Catra glaring at me as I was walking up to Miss Browne desk. I looked at her and said nothing until Catra smirked and said "Heyy Adora.." I was suddenly paralyzed with anxiety....not because I still had feelings for her. I just didn't know how to respond cause in all honesty I thought Catra hated me. "Not gonna respond, huh?? Well I guess if wanna be that way...". I finally responded and said "Heyy Catra, ummm how have you been." Catra laughed and said "Fantasic, I honestly thought I would be nothing without you but I actully think I'm better without you harrassing me 24/7 about how I need to stay of trouble."

"A simple 'im doing good, thank you would have sufficed sheesh" I thought to myself angerly

Miss Browne walked up to me and Catra and she exclaimed "Adora, Do you know why your here??" I responded with a nervous "No..I..I don't"

"Well Adora I wanted to congratulate you because you have the highest grade for history within the entire junior class."
Catra interupted and exclaimed "Miss Browne why are you shocked. Adora's already a kiss up and a perfectionist in everything else." Miss Browne ignore her rude remark and looked at Catra and said.... "Well Catra it seems that you have the lowest grade for history within the entire Junior class... and I wanted to ask Adora if she wanted to tutor you." Catra and Miss Browne looked at me for an immediate answer. I obviously didn't want to tutor my ex so I said "umm well im very busy I have national honor society, and basketball pratice afterschool today." Catra smirked at me and said in a sarcestic tone "Maybe tutoring me could be just another thing you put on your college resume." Miss Browne said "Adora I understand that this is might be tough do to your busy schedule, but I would really appreciate it if you steped in and helped out another student." I looked at Catra for a second and she was smirking at me. ughhh I wanted to knock that obnoxious smirk off Catras face soooo bad yet somewhere deep down inside me I kind of wanted to tutor her, prehaps we can mend our broken relationship.....

"Okay I'll do it."

Miss Browne smiled "I knew you would be the perfect fit to tutor Catra, thank you."

Catra and I walked out side to side and Catra said, "I know that your have a very busy schedule and you probably won't even have time for me..soooo you might as well not tutor me at all." She was just about to walk away when I said "No your not going to fail this class, I'll meet you at 4:30 in the libary." As Catra was walking away she exclaimed "Fine, but tutoring me isn't gonna help. Im still gonna fail."

Hmmm
We'll see about that...
