Special Chapter II

Hugs

I needed to get out. It's really hot and the summer heat is pretty exhausting. If I read the entire day, it'll probably bore me. Ford and Sky went out somewhere, I told them that I wanted to go with them but they said that it's a boys only thing. My stubbornness didn't really work on them. Sky almost gave in but Ford stopped him.

I ended up in the mall.

"You like lacy dresses?" asked Demi, noticing my gaze on the section consisting of lacy dresses.

"........." I nodded.

Demi is doing her best to become my true friend. She felt sorta guilty about what happened on Christmas, she blamed herself for the accident that had happened but I kept telling her that she wasn't really at fault. It's really nice to have her as a friend although she's bitchy when a time calls for it.

She and Belle are alike. I kinda miss Belle, she went to Paris, she wanted to pursue studying fashion designing in there. Roland, on the other hand, was quite dismayed by her decision. The clique parted ways, we are all gonna walk on different roads. I do hope we'll intersect paths someday.

"Well, it suits you." said Demi, smiling genuinely.

We transferred from one boutique to another. The clothes were cheap but despite the lowness of the price, the garments were high quality. For someone thrifty, this seems to be the most suitable place for shopping. There were assorted types of dresses everywhere.

"Thank you." I said, flashing her a grateful smile.

Thanks to her, I actually had fun, her company was undeniably enjoyable. We get along with fashion talks, and surprisingly, she and I had the same taste in picking clothes. I didn't really expect that my worst enemy can possibly be my best friend.

"I have to go, my cousin and I had to do some errand. Let's go out again, soon." said Demi dismissively. She waved her hand and bid her good bye.

I'm still not planning to go back to the condominium yet. It's still early. I looked at my wristwatch, and I realized that my watch is kinda getting old.

I need to buy a new wristwatch.

I looked around the department store, going from one shop to another. There're a lot of stores that sells different styles and design of wristwatches. I'm feeling indecisive, everything is just too cute for my taste.

My ears perked when I heard high-pitched female voices reverberating through the vicinity.

"Oh my gosh, they are so handsome!" I heard one girl squeal sheepishly.

"This one guy looks like Four and the other one looks like Spider-man!" the other girl vehemently added.

I cocked my head to the direction of the unruly crowd. There were a sea of females; blonde, redheads, brunettes and etc. They fished out their phone cameras and took selfies with the two dudes whom I don't recognize.

My curiosity rose, I decided to take a peek.

As I went near to the direction of the throng, I recognized the two males causing the commotion. I narrowed my eyes down at the sight, crossing my arms, my brows furrowed as I observed the scene. Boys only thing my ass!

Ford was standing there, affably flirting with the girls. He's probably enjoying his transient fame. Meanwhile, Sky uneasily went with the flow. The situation stimulated my irritation. One girl snakes her arm around Sky whilst taking a picture.
