It was ten minutes until midnight on Christmas Eve.

Blake sat on the couch in front of the fireplace, snow was falling just like he'd had been for the past couple weeks. A thick, white, pillowy blanket covered the ground outside. It was really pretty.

Gran and Gramps were at Uncle Henry's for Christmas, they'd been gone the past week and Blake had pleaded with them to leave him at the house. He was enjoying the silence and feeling of being alone, missing Reese. The past few Christmases he's spent at the Vaungh's home while his parents worked and Amelia spent with her current boyfriend.

He sipped coffee as a big afghan blanket covered his legs. He was dressed in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pyjamas and Power Rangers socks. His phone rang, an early gift from Gran and Gramps was a cell phone, they decided to get him one because he was constantly on the phone with Reese, who got on the day after his birthday from his parents.

"Hey, Ree-Ree."

"What are you doing right now?"

Blake stared at the flickering flames in the fireplace, "just sitting here. It's snowing y'know, it's really pretty."

"Hey, Blake, Happy Christmas."

Sure enough, it was midnight, officially Christmas. "Merry Christmas, Reese." The doorbell rang and Blake said, "someone's at the door. Maybe it's Uncle Henry, Gran was pretty hesitant to leave me alone on Christmas."

Blake slid across the wood floor in his socks until he got to the door, he opened it and stood there in shock.

Reese stood on the doorstep dressed in a parka and a Santa hat pulled over his ears, holding his cell phone to his ear. "I caught a ride with Santa Claus. Apparently, he knew I was on your Christmas list."

Blake snapped out of his shock, surging towards Reese. Hugging him tightly as he cried. Reese was there! In New York! Blake refused to let go of him, it felt like a dream that he could wake up from at any moment. Reese's arms squeezed him with rib-cracking strength as a cold hand brushed away Blake's hot tears and lips kissed his head.

Blake looked up and Reese had shimmering glints of tears in his lashes. It had been forever since Blake had seen his face, reaching up and stroking it, Reese leant into Blake's gentle touch, closing his eyes.

"Are you really here?"

Nodding, "I'm really here, baby."

"I missed you so much," Blake cried as he hugged him close again, breathing in his familiar, comforting scent. Reese hoisted him up and walked inside the house, kicking the door closed and dropping his bag. Blake pulled off his hat and pushed the soft, cold locks back to see his face better.

Their lips crashed together in a long overdue kiss. It was a frenzy, the kiss was hot and passionate as if they'd been separated for forever, which it had felt like. Blake said in between kisses, "I love you."

Reese began walking upstairs, "I love you too."

Blake locked his legs tight around Reese's waist feeling a hard bulge pressing against him through Reese's thick denim pants. Directing him to his room, Blake was laid on his bed as Reese climbed on top of him, their tongues sliding and pressing against each other in a messy kiss as they struggled to get undressed as fast as they could without breaking contact.

Their shirts were finally off, Blake could feel the warmth of Reese's skin against him and under his hands as he held onto him like a lifeline. Breathing in his scent was intoxicating, Blake moaned into the kiss, their lower halves rubbing against each other for some relief with a little friction.
