Why?

Why- Chapter 11

Hey guys, it's been so long since I last updated!! And for that I am so so sorry... I have been so busy! And I still cant find a way to continue my other book.... Anyway I hope you like this chaper!

After Ellie went to the bathroom, i looked at Ben and smiled.

"She seems to like you."

"A little too much for my liking"

I giggle and sit next to him on my bed. 

"At least she isn't sticking to you"

He nods and smiled.

"I don't know what Jake would think about this..."

"What has this got to do with Jake?"

"I think he likes me...."

"Well, too bad, because I beat him to it didn't I?"

I nod and smile. I'm so happy that Ben and I are back together, but I hate upsetting people, especially if I just met them. Your probably thinking: She's supposed to be bitchy cause she's popular. But to tell you the truth, i'm not bitchy at all. I actually care a lot about other people. I know, I know, what a surprise, but that's just who I am. I hate how people always underestimates me and expects low of me, but I'd to think that I'm a nice person. 

Once we are both dressed and ready to go to school, I say bye to Ellie and Ben and I make our way down stairs.

"Morning mum"

"Morning Summer, morning Ben. How did you sleep?"

"Good"

We replied at the same time.  We look at each other and smile. I can't stop looking at him. He's just so cute! Hes brown quiffed hair, he's bright blue eyes! Ugh! It's perfect! 

"Did you want breakfast Ben?"

Mum asked Ben, not looking up from the newspaper she was reading. 

"Uh, no thanks"

She just nods and smiles. 

"Did you leave your things at your house?"

This time mum looked up from her newspaper and looked at Ben. 

"Uh, yeah i did, but i don't really need anything today, i have music most of the day. Which is performance practice." 

Mum just nods and looks at me. 

"What do you have today Summer?" 

I get my timetable out and check my classes for the day. 

"Mostly music and art." 

Ben smiled. 

"Your with me for the day than!" 

I giggle at him and he hugs me from behind.

"So, you guys are together again?" 

I nod and smile at her. She has excitement in her eyes and she has a massive smile on her face.

"Hows your mum Ben?"

 "She's good. Busy but good." 

"That's good, we will have to catch up soon, when we are both free"

"Yeah, I'll have to let her know."

Mum just nods and goes back to reading the newspaper. I shake my head and look at Ben.

"You ready to walk to school?"

Ben nods and says goodbye to my mum before we head off.  As we are walking to school, we are holding hands and I spot Jake a few meters in front of us. I look up at Ben, and Ben looks down at me. He just shrugs his shoulders and smiles, probably thinking that Jake cant have me and he can. I never stopped loving Ben. I never got over him. He was my first boyfriend. And when he left, I didn't date anyone else. I couldn't. I thought that I would forget about him, and I didn't want that. He means too much to me.  We keep walking and I heard a car break behind us. I look behind us to see people rushing towards us. Ben grips my hand harder and starts to walk faster, knowing they were coming this way without looking back. What's going on? Why are they following us? They are speeding up!

"Run Summer!"

Ben shouts. Without being told twice, I run as fast as I could to keep up with Ben. Our hands slowly letting go of each other.

"Don't let go! Please! Don't let me go Ben!"

He slowed down a bit so I could regain his hold on my hand. I look behind us and the people are still chasing us. We begin running again and we are no match for the people behind us, because one of them grabs my free arm. I scream and try to get free of their grip. Ben stop running and tries to get the guy off of me. He fails and I am taken away from Ben. I'm kicking and screaming, with Ben still coming after us, trying to get me back. He has tears in his eyes. I'm crying now, wanting to be in Ben's arms. Why are these people doing this? I'm scared. Ben is trying his hardest to get me, but this man is fighting with all of his strength. The guy lets me go for a split second and punches Ben in the nose, causing him to fall to the ground holding his nose with blood covering his hands. The man quickly grabs me again and takes me to the car he has arrived in. He shoves me in the back and covers my eyes with a cloth of some sort. I'm so scared right now. What is going on? Why are they doing this? I haven't done anything to cause this. I don't deserve this. I'm crying in the place the man had put me, rolled up in a small ball, with no seatbelt on. I just felt like dying. My arm hurts from the mans grip on my arm when we were running. My bag still on my back, was uncomfortable, but I wasn't going to say anything, cause it has water in it. Who knows how these people were going to be treating me.. Who knows how long they will keep me hostage...
