Khaled and Amiyah would have ran off the plane if Prince didn't stop them at the door. He has a serious switch that turns on quickly and you'd miss it if you weren't paying attention.

"We don't know this area, so we have to be extra careful. If you leave our eyesight, anything can happen. I have a lot of fun activities planned, but if you misbehave, I can cancel them. Understood?"

"Yes sir."

They were still equally as excited sticking closely by us. I thought we would have to do paperwork for customs, but they only checked our passports and luggage, then sent us on our way. A truck was on standby for us when the plane landed and we were swept away. On the way, Amiyah got out her Polaroid and wanted to take pictures of the scenery.
She planned on making a collage when we got back.

When the car stopped and the driver got out to get our luggage, I looked out the window a little confused. This wasn't the resort I'd been looking at brochures of. "Prince?"

"Yeah baby?" He had gotten out and helped the children down and now was holding his hand out for me. "Where's the place I was looking at?"

"It's on the island over. You can see it from the beach."

I watched as he smiled mischievously, trying to help me out. "Uh, uh. What did you do?" He shrugged, leaning on the car door.

"Mommy! The beach is right there! Can we go today!?" Amiyah asked excitedly. Khalid joined in, jumping up and down. "Please dad, please!"

"We can go any time we want. This is where we'll be staying." I gave him a what look and he smiled. I should've known. Every time I asked him about the trip he'd say, "I got everything under control. Trust me, you'll love it."

The place looked three stories and I could see a rooftop garden from the side. Remembering what Lacy told me, I calmed my nerves and wrapped my arms around Prince's neck, kissing his cheek. "Thank you..it's beautiful."

"Please do not nag this man about what he does with his money. If he wants to spend it on you in ridiculous ways, let him."

"I didn't say the jet was ridiculous, I'm just saying 1st class would've done fine."

"Phara, you're with a damn millionaire. Trust me when I say he will not miss the money, especially when it comes to your lovestruck ass. Shit, I wish my man would get us first class tickets. I'd bend over that night!"

"Oh please, you bend over every night."

"And you could take that advice."

After getting our luggage into the house, the housekeeper greeted us and showed us around. It was four bedrooms and four baths with endless amounts of sunlight pouring in. The first floor held the kitchen and master bedroom, while the second floor also had a living and dining space, a den, and two more bedrooms. The third floor let out onto the rooftop that overlooked the beach and ocean. Behind it was the city and its local hotspots.

When the kids saw the pool, they wanted to get in it first before going down to the beach. Prince agreed, but we had to pick out our rooms and go a few miles up the road to a local grocery store.

Teresa, the housekeeper, left after giving us a tour and said she would be back Tuesday morning. While I walked her to the door, she had a few words for me. "I also left some recipes for you in the kitchen, and don't worry, the master is basically sound proof, eh? Mama and papa have to have fun too." My face grew hot with embarrassment as she winked and left out the door.

"Do I look that deprived?" I look in the mirror to make sure I wasn't blushing anymore before walking back to the master bedroom. Prince was going through his luggage to change into something lighter. The children picked a room together and were now seeing what channels they could get on the television.
