Marvel's newest actress, Stella Fitzgerald,
gives us the inside scoop of working with
Marvel co-stars!
by Leanne Higman for popsugar.comWhat better way to to end this year by interviewing Marvel's newest addition, who explains what it's like to work with such a cast and gives us the details every fangirl dreams of knowing! Read below for the in-depth interview!
Hi! Thank you so much for coming in today Ms. Fitzgerald!
So glad to be here! Thank you so much for having me!
Diving right on in, tell us exactly what it's like being the newbie on set? Was it everything you expected?
Well, I expected it to be awkward or uncomfortable, considering the reputation of my costars, but it was actually the complete opposite.
How nice, tell us, why wasn't it what you initially expected?
See, the cast isn't just a bunch of a actors or actresses working together, it's more like a family dynamic; I mean the on screen chemistry is un parallel to most movies of this multitude. First day on set I remember being greeted by a massive group hug and being dragged into horrendous pranks right off the get go; I felt like part of the family within mere weeks of shooting, courtesy of Chris Evans who always made sure I felt welcome.
How sweet! Care to go into detail about you and Chris's relationship?
He's an absolute joy to work with, always. Whether it's ruining scenes, due to incessant laughter and fucking up lines, whoops sorry, catching him singing into his hairbrush, arguing over who looks better in a face mask, or even being scared to fall asleep due to an ongoing prank war. On a side note, I've actually mastered sleeping with one eye open.
Sounds like you two have spent an extended amount of time together, is that true?
I'd say so.
Do you two tend to mingle outside of shooting?
Not much unless it's with the cast, so kind of.
So you and Chris are just friends?
Yes.
Considering your automatic chemistry, do you think there could be something in the future possibly? Maybe something beyond friendship?
I feel like every interview always ends up with this question, all I can say is that we've become close friends. And I'm fine with our relationship the way it is, not every friendship between male and female has to be romantic; stop expecting it to be. That's all you're going to get from that. Next question.
