"jesusss" Jesse said dumbfounded as I walked out for our final night on holiday
"what?" I giggled
"I can't believe how gorgeous you are" he said tucking my hair behind my ears, cupping my face and kissing me "okay lets go"
"Jess where are we?" I asked confused
"you'll see in a minute we're going for dinner" he replied leading me up some stairs to a rooftop restaurant
"oh my gosh Jesse this is stunning" I said excitedly
"not as beautiful as you though" he replied smirking as we sat down at the table overlooking Bora Bora
"Lucy" Jesse started to speak once we finished dessert "you've been so supportive this past year and a bit, and I've fallen so deeply in love with you its insane" he said standing up and holding my hands "and I couldn't quite make it the summer of my life with the World Cup so I thought I'd try a different way" he went on getting on his knee and getting out a ring "Lucy Anna Smith will you marry me?" he asked
"oh my god yes yes yes! I love you so much" I cried with happiness kissing him.
"you're getting married!!!" I heard someone shout as everyone ran around the corner
"shut up you guys knew about this!" I shouted hugging them all
"know? who do you think set this up!" Sunny laughed
Me and Jesse walked back to our apartment "babe obviously we're gonna tell our close friends and family that we're engaged but do you wanna wait until I turn 20 to announce it because of all the press?" I asked
"hunny, I don't care what other people say about our relationship so just tell me when you're ready to announce it and I'll just follow your lead" Jesse said
"okay, but can we wait to tell anybody else until we get home?" I asked
"of course, and why's that?" he questioned
"no reason!" I giggled and ran away so I wouldn't spill the secret
