"okay I can do this" I told myself as I brought my suitcases to the door
"are you going?" Jesse asked
"yeah I just need to say bye to my boys" I replied
"I love you" he said as he pulled me in for a long hug
"you have to send me pictures of him every night" I told him
"anytime he does anything cute, there will be photo evidence sent to your phone" he smiled
"good, now where is the little man?" I asked walking into the front room
"mummy" Nate squealed running over to me and hugging my legs
"oh Jess I can't" I pouted
"it's only a week, you'll be home before you know it" he reassured me
"okay I can do this" I said as I got down to Nate level "okay mister, mummy's going to work for a little while" I said
"nooo" he whined
"don't worry, you're gonna have so much fun with daddy all week and daddy's gonna bring you to me to watch the match and see all your uncles" I explained
"stayyy" he cried
"I'm sorry darling mummy has to go" I said holding back my tears "c'mere" I said picking him up and showering him with kisses which turned his cries into giggles
"is mummy silly" Jesse chuckled taking Nate from my arms
"yes" he giggled
"okay bye-bye Natey" I waved
"bye-bye" he waved, giving me a kiss on the cheek
"I love you" Jesse said after he kissed me
"love you too, be good" I winked
"I always am" he smiled

lucylingard_ my family in our natural state, a mess😅 this is the first time I'm leaving my baby to look after my baby for a week while I work, let's just say there were tears (on both ends)😢
