"oh babe c'mere" I said as she got to the door engulfing her into a hug
"he ended it" she said crying
"Lu I'm so sorry hunny, did he tell you why?" I asked her concerned
"he just said he realised he doesn't love me the way he should and that I need someone to treat me better than he treated me" she sobbed "but I thought he always treated me well I don't understand" she said distressed
"fuck sake Marcus" I sighed "Lu you know how much I love you and it breaks my heart to tell you this, but I found out today that he wasn't completely faithful to you" I said trying not to cry when I saw her face breakdown
"I need a cuddle" she said holding out her arms crying
"c'mere" I said holding her close
"at least he didn't just let it go on any longer" she sighed after a couple minutes of silence
"yeah I guess, I'm always here though babe" I said supportively
"can we get some pizza and watch a movie to take my mind off it" she asked
"good idea hun, but lets just watch something funny yeah" I suggested
"bad neighbours? it's funny and it's got Zac Efron" she smirked
"yep sounds perfect" I giggled

"Jesse's calling I'm gonna go take it" I said to Lucia while walking into the kitchen
"hey how's she doing?" he asked
"not great but she's laughing at the film so that's a good sign" I sighed "hows Marcus then?" I asked him
"he feels really guilty but I'm just trying to tell him that he did the right thing, you know apart from the cheating" he explained
"yeah it's gonna be hard but I think it's the best for the both of them" I said
"I hate seeing him like this" Jesse whined
"I know I'm the same" I sighed "you gonna stay over tonight then?"
"I think I better, is Lu staying?" he asked
"I have a feeling she's gonna fall asleep on the sofa, in fact wait a sec" I said walking back into the living room "yep I was right she's already asleep" I chuckled
"okay well I'll leave you to it then, love you" he said
"love you too, bye" I replied hanging up

"morning sunshine" I chuckled as Lucia opened her eyes the next morning
"ugh it wasn't a nightmare" she sighed sitting up
"awe babe I know" I said sympathetically hugging her
"thanks for last night you're such a good friend its insane" she smiled
"hey, you'd do the same don't worry about it" I replied
"I guess I better get ready at some point" she moaned
"where you gonna stay babes?" I asked
"I think I'll go back to my parents for a while and get away from the football scene" she answered
"hey how you both doing?" Jesse said walking into the living room
"hey Jess" she smiled giving him a hug
"sorry I can't stay and chat I'm already late for training" he said running off after kissing my forehead
"yeah I think I should get going to I wanna grab all my stuff while Marcus is out" she forced a smile
"okay do you want me to help?" I offered
"no that's okay you've already done more than enough" she said giving me a hug and leaving
