Chapter 2

Hagrid took us outside and we left.

~ Timeskip a few hours ~

Harry and I were walking with Hagrid.

"You will need, a quill, a wand, and are aloud to bring, a cat, an owl, a road, or a mouse." Harry said.

"Will we really be able to find all of that here in London?" I asked.

"If you look in the right places." Hagrid answered.

We walked into a bar where everyone knew who Harry was. We walked to the back and Hagrid touched specific spots with the end of his umbrella. The wall opened up to reveal a place.

"Welcome to Darigan Alley." Hagrid said.

Harry and I stared in awe and we all walked into the street.

"How are we going to pay for all this?" I asked. "We have no money."

"Ah, Harry's parents left him money, and Andrea your great grandmother was a witch and left money for the next witch or wizard in her family." Hagrid answered.

We went to the bank where there were goblins. Hagrid handed one of them two keys. We got the money and left. We were getting our wands but Hagrid was getting something he needed to. Harry was going first. He tried two wands and the thurd was perfect. It was now my turn.

"Ah, Andrea Benton, I remember when your Great Grandmother was in here getting her wand, I was just starting up my business." The guy said.

I smiled. He handed me a wand and I tried it. I ended up almost hitting Harry.

"No..." The old man said.

He handed me another one and it was perfect. I loved the design and it chose me. I smiled. The guy put it in a box and handed it to me. Harry and I paid for our wands.

"Thank you!" I smiled.

We walked out to see Hagrid holding a cage with a white owl in it.

"Woah!" I said.

"Happy Birthday Harry." Hagrid said.

Hagrid handed the owl to Harry.

"Let's go get me an animal!" I said.

"Ah, you've got to remember Andrea, the animal chooses you." Hagrid said.

I nodded and we headed off. We walked in to a pet shop and I walked over to the cats. I found a black cat with gorgeous green eyes. It came up to the cage door and rubbed against the bars. I put my finger inside and the cat rubbed its head against my finger. I smiled.

"Ah, she's finally chosen someone." I heard someone.

I jumped slightly and spun around. It was just the store owner.

"I've had this one since the start of last year and your the first person she's warmed up to." The store owner said.

I nodded.

"Hagrid! I found one!" I said.

Hagrid and Harry walked over and I pointed to the cat who was now meowing at me. The store owner opened the cage and the cat jumped straight on me and I giggled.
