Chapter 50

We walked up to the painting and Hermione whispered the password. I quickly walked in and the girls followed me. We ran up to Ginny and Hermione's room. I had everything I needed in my bag, which I had used and extendable charm on. We made it into the room and I realised I hadn't hidden my dark mark before getting here.

"Dammit! I just remembered that I forgot something in my dorm! Can one of you please wait outside for me?" I said.

"Of course!" Ginny said.

Ginny and I ran out of the Gryffindor common room. Ginny went to go the long way but I grabbed her wrist.

"I found a shortcut at the start of the year. I haven't told anyone about it of course." I said.

We ran through the shortcut and walked out infront of the common room door.

"Alright, you wait here. I'll be right out." I said.

Ginny nodded and I walked up to the painting.

"Password." The painting said.

"Wolf girl." I whispered.

The painting opened and I quickly walked in. I ran upstairs to the dorm and knocked on the door.

"Who is it?" Draco called.

"It's me, now let me in." I said.

The door opened to reveal him, Blaise, Crabbe, and Goyle in the room.

"I've just gotta grab something from the bathroom real quick. I forgot it when I was in a rush to leave earlier." I said.

"Alright." Draco said.

I quickly walked in and straight to the bathroom. Snape had taught me a new spell to hide the mark. I closed the door and locked it. I pulled up my sleeves and did the spell. This spell his the mark, no matter what. I pretended to look around and decided to check my bag, just incase I did forget something. And I did! I unlocked the door and walked out of the bathroom. I scavenged around my vanity for it but couldn't find it. I checked all the drawers, nothing. I walked over to my bed and checked the nightstand and it's drawers, nothing. I started to get a little frustrated.

"Where is it?!!" I mumbled in frustration.

"Looking for this?" I heard Draco say.

I turned around and he was holding the exact thing I was looking for.

"Yes! Thank you! Give it to me!" I said.

Draco held it up high and I walked up to him.

"Come on Draco! Ginny a waiting for me!" I complained.

Draco gave me a quick peck on the lips and gave me the necklace.

"Thank you. I'll see you later." I said. "Oh, and we're one of the first couples to dance since I'm a champion."

"That's good." Draco replied.

I chuckled and walked to the door and stopped.

"Draco." I said.

Draco sighed.

"Just try. I know you'll be wearing gloves anyways." Draco said.

"That's not the point! I do not trust Pansy as far as I can throw her!" I screeched.

Draco groaned and opened the door.

"Thank you. Buh bye. Oh, yeah, my brother will be over here as soon as him and Jack are done with their Transfiguration tutoring with McGonnagal is done, so play nice, all of you." I said.
