Chapter 40

I got off the hospital bed. I walked with Draco to the common room and we walked in laughing. As soon as we stepped foot in the common room the mood completely changed. It went from happy and bright to angry and dark. Everyone shot me a glare and I sighed.

"I think I'm going to go to bed, Dragon boy." I mumbled.

"No, just because they don't want you here doesn't mean you have to leave. Stay down here with me, please." Draco said.

I sighed.

"Ok." I mumbled.

We sat on one of the couches.

"So, how are you doing?" Draco asked.

"Dunno. I'm just waiting for all of this to sink in." I answered.

"Ok." Draco replied.

"Soooo, how are you doing in school?" I asked.

"Pretty good." Draco answered.

Draco looked at me.

"What about you?" Draco asked.

"I'm doing perfectly in potions, I've always liked reading about it. Every other class I'm doing pretty average." I answered.

"That's good." Draco replied.

I sighed.

"I'm going to bed. I can't take the glares." I said.

"Hey, don't go. How about we read a book?" Draco suggested.

"I have books I like in the dorm." I replied.

Draco sighed.

"Just ignore them." Draco said.

"I can't. I was fine with the few glares because I'm friends with Harry freakin Potter, but this is too much. I'm going upstairs to read or sleep. Whichever comes first." I replied.

I stood up and walked towards the dorms.

"Stupid bitch." I heard someone mutter to their friend.

I turned to them.

"Excuse me?" I snapped.

"What?" The kid asked.

"The fuck did you just call me?" I asked.

I walked up to them.

"A stupid bitch." They answered.

I punched them in the jaw and they stumbled back. We got into an actual fight, like, full on fight, physical violence. Someone tore me off of the kid and I looked at his bloody face. I thrashed in the person grip.

"Next time you call me a stupid bitch you'll be dead!" I yelled.

I looked to see who had grabbed me and it was Snape. I thrashed around more.

"Stay the fuck away from me you piece of shit!" I yelled at them.

They were a few years older than me and I beat them.

"You dumb bitch! I'll get you for that!" The kid yelled.

They were male.

"You touch me and I'll fucking kill you!" I yelled.

"Andrea, calm down!" I heard Draco say.

I thrashed around and managed to get out of Snape's grip I ran up to the boy and got him in a headlock on the ground.

"You all see this?!! You fucking judge me for something I had nothing to do with and you'll be next!" I yelled.

I let go of the boy and stormed up to the dorm. I slammed the door shut and stomped over to my bed. I grabbed a new muggle book; The Twits by Roald Dahl. I sat down and read it. I got half way through the book when the door opened. I looked up to see Draco. I looked back down at my book and moved over. I leaned against the wall and turned the page.
