"Mckenzie!!!"
My attention was shifted from jonah to the manager yelling at me. I blushed with embarrassment as I looked down at the spilt milk, many eyes laid upon mine, including jonahs.
"I- I'm sorry, I'll go and get some paper towels" I said frantically, pausing before I tried to leave to go and get some paper towels.
The managers face which was red stopped me in my tracks however,"no, I'll get them you see the customer who is waiting".
I gulped as he exited out the shop through the back door in search of paper towels. I looked down at my feet and watches as the milk was blocked by the counter however still trickled through gaps in the wood.
"Hey, um can I still order? I mean you have kinda spilt your milk everywhere but-"
I knew that voice. Jonah.
"Y-yea, I'll get you that"
My eyes stayed pinned down at the floor, the only time they shifted from that position was to search for the ingredients needed to make the beverage.
I grasped the cup In my hand as I turned to face the customer, without looking up.
"You look familiar"
My hear beat fast as I realised what jonah, the customer, has just said.
"You must be mistaken, I don't know you sorry" I gulped mid way through the sentence, looking left a few times but looking up straight at him for the majority of the sentence.
He pulled a "questioning" face before handing over some money with a tip and going back to his seat.
Thank god that was over I thought

I sighed as I sat back in my bed, jumpers pressed down against my wet skin, I only recently came out the shower. The milk splashed off me and I didn't want to go around smelling like a cow.
Olivia has only recently fell asleep, I read her a charity shop copy of "Flat Stanley" before her eyes shut showing she was asleep.
There was no form of entertainment in my room, I mean apart from looking at my phone or reading. But once done that a few times it seems to get boring. I read the books several time, I skimmed the social media constantly. But I still don't know what I was in search of.
I leaned back against my cushions and turned of the bed side lamp, regaining energy for the next day..
<me> um hey lol I don't normally write stuff here but like I'm doing it now sksks. Anyway I apologise for the lack of entertainment in this chapter, I promise the next one will be way better and who knows, Daniel may get to see mckenzie again. But then, that's what the future will tell..
