"Kenz, what's wrong?" I asked her, stroking her hair gently as she lay against me.

"I... I saw my mom," she spoke, quietly, just to me, "when I went to get plasters for via, she was in the shop too."

She looked up to me as I took her hand into my own.

"Did she say anything?" I asked her, stroking my thumb over her hand.

"She yelled she was sorry, before that she hugged me too. But I shoved her off," she spoke, sadly.

I nodded, we stayed silent for a minute.

"Do you want to see her?" I asked, "your mom?"

There was another pause, mckenzie turned to face me whilst sitting up.

"I'm not sure," she said, weirdly this conversation was calm, no emotions blasted out. Calm.

"I guess I miss her, a lot," she let out a sad little laugh, "I want olivia to have her as a grandma too."

I looked at her again, she wasn't finished.

"But then I'm so fucking pissed at them," she cursed, forcing me to smirk lightly at her use of language. I nodded. "They dumped me so all I had was olivia. I had nothing else. So I guess they don't deserve to be sorry and have an acceptance of an apology."

"So what are you going to do?" I questioned.

"I don't know," she spoke dramatically, flinging her body backwards so she lay back on the bed.

I found myself forward, lying next to her.

"It's all your choice, no one is pressuring you to do anything."

"And that's what I hate!" She spoke louder now, "I'm not good at making decisions."

"Oh, yes you are woman," I spoke, semi hyping her up.

She chuckled slightly, taking my hand in hers, holding it, her fingers interlinked with mine.

"I think I.... I think I will give them a chance. But that's all, not yet though," she spoke, sitting up, placing her legs around me before leaning down to kiss me.

"Good choice," I smiled leaning up to kiss her.

She adorably pushed her hair behind her ear as she did so, she done that a lot.

She pulled back as soon as her phone started to go off. She showed the screen to my face 'gabbie💜' it read.

"Nice use of the heart," I smiled to her as she sat up. She grinned back before climbing off me.

"I'll run you (us) a bath," I spoke before letting her talk every little thing about how parenting was going.

I walked into my on-suite (bathroom) before running a hot bath for her, stealing some of anna's bubble bath before putting some under the tap, returning the bubble bath, and walking outside to find olivia.

"Hey princess," I spoke as olivia jumped on me, giggling away as she normally does as I walked across the lawn. The sun colder now, it was 4pm.

"Hey, want to go to the park with mom, dad and olivia?" Anna asked me smiling.

I shook my head, "tomorrow, but not today," I turned to olivia, "mommy has a poorly head so I'm going to stay with her."

Olivia paused, leaning to whisper in my ear, "tell her I said I love her and get well soon."

I smiled, whispering back to her, "I certainly will."

Olivia hopped down, running over to my mom and dad, holding their hands.

"See you later then?" I said as my mom tucked a handbag over her shoulder.

She nodded, "there's paracetamol in the cupboard. See you in an hour? Two hours maybe?"

I nodded, "thank you."

"It's no problem, we missed this," my dad spoke looking down to my mom and olivia.

I smiled before walking back into the home, up to my bed room before turning off the tap and adding a little more cold water.

"See you later, bye," mckenzie spoke sweetly as I walked back into my bedroom, placing her phone down on the stand.

"Thank you," she smiled before kissing my cheek and walking into the bathroom.

"I'll grab you a drink," I said.

Five minutes later I re-walked up the stairs, two Pepsi cherries in hand before walking into the bathroom, my beautiful fiancé lay there, covered by the bubbles. She smiled, taking a glass and placing it on the side of the tub. I undressed, shutting the door before climbing in, kenzie in front of me.

"How are they?" I asked as kenzie lay slightly back against me, her back to me but her head resting on my shoulder.

Small, beautiful moments like these were what I wish for for the rest of my life.

"Sleep deprived," kenzie chuckled slightly. I smiled.

That's what I would of been like I bet.

I trailed a bubble down her arm, "I love you," I spoke quietly.

I watched as her mouth turned into a perfect smile, "I love you."
