Summer to Remember

Chapter Thirty Four

I was completely exhausted after cleaning up the disastrous mess we made but it was worth it, we had a blast even when we were cleaning up! "Finally, we're done..." I said letting out a sigh of relief as I pulled myself up and onto the kitchen counter. 

"Would you like some tea babe?" he asked smirking. 

"That would be lovely" I said politely in my fail of an English accent. 

In no time Harry placed a cup of tea in front of me and took a seat next to me. "Thanks sweetheart" I said as I took a sip of my tea. I was always a tea person, coffee was never my thing so it felt good to be able to drink tea made by the love of my life. 

"It's 12 o'clock so we have like five hours until Delilah arrives, plus going to the airport will take an hour, so what should we do in the meantime?" he asked cheerfully.

"Hmmm... I don't know. What is there to do around here?" I questioned as I drank my warm cup of tea. 

"Not much actually, we could go to the fair but I have that planned for another day" he winked. 

I couldn't help but giggle "How about we go swimming together?" I asked hoping he would accept my offer. 

"You're a genius" he said as he leaned in and gave me a sweet kiss on my cheek.

After drinking our tea, we both headed upstairs and changed in no time. I grabbed my cute floral bikini and wore a chiffon cover up before walking out of my room. Just as I walked out, Harry did the same. "Someone's looking good" I said winking in his direction.

"Nothing compared to your beauty" he said placing his hand on my waist as we walked down the stairs and walked out the front door. We walked to the front porch to find Liam and Zayn tanning, "We're going for a swim" Harry let them know before we walked down the porch stairs and onto the the sand. It felt awkward with Zayn and Liam watching us from the porch but I didn't mind, they were like Harry's brothers so it didn't really matter. Gosh, Harry looked freaking sexy as he ran to the water, his abs looked like they were sculpted underneath the glistening sun. I caught up finally and removed my cover-up, revealing my cute floral bikini. "You're hot" he said placing both his hands on my waist and giving me a cheeky smile. He was leaning in closer but I quickly loosened out of his grip and ran into the water foolishly.

"Catch me if you can!" I screamed as he started to run after me. This time I couldn't get far because I he firmly gripped my waist and I couldn't help but laugh because he was out of breath. 

Trying to catch a breath, he managed to say "You're stunning", oh my goodness he always compliments me when I least expect it.

Speechless, I smiled sheepishly trying not to blush, I ran my fingers through his curls and said "What would I do without you?" as I looked into his mesmerizing green eyes.

"You won't be without me" he replied. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him into a tight hug, his salty wet lips kissed my neck and instantly shivers were sent down my spine. As we pulled apart I smashed my lips against his, I guess I caught him off guard because he looked quite surprised. We had a blast swimming together, after what seemed like forever, we made our way inside and I ran up the stairs to get ready to go to the airport. I couldn't contain my nerves, I was pacing back and forth while straightening my hair, I was so excited to see Delilah! Hopefully this was going to be a summer to remember...
