"That girl completely missed her calling.  She should have been an actress." Zhe Yan mumbled into his wine cup as they Bai Zhi merely twirled his about in the small cup having yet to take his first sip.

"How did they know we were on to them?" he asked annoyed that they had the prank turned on them.

"If it is any consolation, we were also fooled." Die Feng said bowing first to Bai Zhi before being waved into the seat opposite.

"Now that is impressive.  If anyone should have seen through it, then surely his own Disciples would have." Bai Zhen said looking at his old friend in amusement having also heard the conversation and taking a seat beside him.

"No. They are the last ones who would have cottoned on. They have placed him on such a high pedestal, they all near faint when he smiles at them.   If anyone should have seen through it, it should have been us." Zhe Yan said with a flick of his brows towards Bai Zhi who merely nodded in agreement.

"If anyone should have known, it should have been me." Bai Empress said reaching their table with a thoughtful grimace.  "I'm her mother, and I know that girl better than anyone, but I only found out this morning because she told me to still my anger." she added which didn't make them feel any better, but it did put a smile on their faces that the girl had managed to trick the one woman who was as sharp as a pin.

Bai Qians tricks had never worked on her in the past, so to pull one over her mother and almost get away with it, was quite an accomplishment, being the first time ever.  And that alone deserved a toast in her honour.

Raising their cups, they did just that, and before they knew it, they, along with the entire wedding guest began the celebrations as the meal was brought out and the entertainment started which saw a few dance troupes take to the platform.  It was a merry atmosphere and laughter could be heard from the base of the mountain.

And to everyones shock, even Di Jun was chuckling softly having lost himself to the moment, while Lord Pua and the Skylord kept their distance, but enjoyed themselves immensely as the festive atmosphere began to pick up with the arrival of youngest Disciples who were a chatty and bubbly bunch and because of them, no cups were left empty while regaling everyone with stories of their time as Mo Yuans Disciples and what they really got up to when he wasn't looking.

With the last of the wedding rituals out of the way, Mo Yuan and Bai Qian did not hesitate to consummate their marriage as soon as the doors closed and a barrier was raised  There was heckling outside and though they could hear a little of it, Mo Yuan allowed his one time only chance of insolence from his Disciples as he lowered her body to the petal covered duvet.

They had been kissing for some time and the heavy petting was beginning to heat up, though initially Mo Yuan thought he might be facing divorce before he could take her.  Not only had he set up a prank of his own for her, he was left bloody and bruised because of it.

The moment he lifted the veil, her beautiful face had come into view.  For a moment, he hesitated, because his heart suddenly lurched at the way her tear filled eyes were looking at him with so much love and desire that he almost decided against the prank.  But having already succeeded in pranking the entire Fox family, he wanted a full sweep, and that meant pranking the Queen herself.

Giving into the kisses that she rained on his lips and face, he dragged her up into his arms to lose himself to her soft yet desperate need for pleasure.  The kisses were warm, tender but urgent and for a while, he merely kept her standing on her feet with his arms wrapped tightly about her waist while he purposely forced his mind to think of mundane things in order to keep his erection to a flaccid flop.
