MUKE
Luke and Michael finally stopped running when they got to the lockers. “Let’s ditch.” Luke supplied, smirking at an incredulous Michael. “You barely know me. I could be a serial killer for all you know!” He exclaimed. “I guess I’ll just have to take that chance.” Luke grabbed Michael’s wrist, pulling him out the door of the school, and out into the parking lot.
“Luke! You’re abducting me!”
“I know.”
Now they were just walking on the side walk. Luke interlocked his and Michael’s arms, and they started skipping. It was probably quite a strange sight to see.
“Wait! Luke! Our backpacks!” Michael screamed, eyes widening and he began to turn around, but Luke held him back and continued to walk forward. “It’s fine, Michael. We’ll get them right after last period. Nobody will know. ‘Kay?” “Fine.” Michael grumbled.
Both boys were silent for a while, until Luke unlocked their arms and grabbed Michael’s hand, then started sprinting towards a small park that, of course, was void of children.
“C’mon Michael! I wanna go on the swings!” Michael laughed at how much Luke sounded like a child. “Mikeyyyyyyyyyy” He whined. Michael blushed but quickly covered it with a smirk. “Mikey?” He asked, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively. Luke just shrugged in response.
And so the boys sat on the swings and swung for a while, before Luke broke the dawning silence.
“So, what are we going to do about Cashton?”

CASHTON
“STOP TAKING MY CHIPS!”
“I already told you, if you get the privilege of having Ashton Fletcher Irwin sitting next to you, you’re going to have to deal with him stealing some of your chips.”
“Why are you talking in third person?”
“Ashton doesn’t talk in third person.”
“You did it just now!”
“He has no idea what you’re talking about.”
Calum groaned, burying his face in his hands, laughing. Pretty soon, both boys were just laughing until they cried, banging their fists on the table and attempting to sputter out words but eventually giving up and continuing to laugh. Well, technically, Ashton wasn’t laughing, he was giggling. Yes. Giggling. He was a giggling boy and Calum didn’t know whether to curl into fetal positon or attack his face. Tough decisions, really.
But, eventually, the boy’s laughing fit was cut short by a sharp, blaring noise.
The bell.
“Where are Michael and Luke?! Do you think they ditched?” Calum spoke, looking frantically around for lilac boy and long legs.
“They’re probably confessing their love for each other in a closet [lol get it].” Ashton deadpanned, shrugging. “C’mon cutie, let’s get to class.”
