The Plan

 

   (Grr i got writer's block on this chapter. So what I'm gonna do is a song list. Kinda like a playlist for each chapter. First it's Fully Alive by Flyleaf, then Beast within by In This Moment, then So What I Lied by Sick Puppies, and finally Gorgeous Nightmare by Escape The Fate. A.J. Pov.

     I groaned as I woke up. Then I realized today was going to be a good day. I had my concert ticket and I was going to enjoy it.

      I grinned and got my outfit ready. I was going to wear some ripped skinny jeans, a Sleeping With Sirens band tee, and some combat boots with spikes.

      Nothing with ruin this day. Nothing. I went to Mira's and Mikes room to wake them up.

Chris' pov

      I woke up early. I know me wake up early on a Saturday? Anyway I went downstairs to see my mom and dad sitting in the living room.

       I winced as the floor board creaks.  Their heads snapped up in my direction. "Chris? What are you doing up so early?" My mom asked.

       I just shrugged. "I'm not sure. I just did." I went and sat on the couch across from them. "What's going on?"

     My mom and dad looked at each other. I just waited. My dad sighed. "We have a meeting with the Dark Shadow Clan...and we all must attend it."

      I clenched my jaw. The fucking leopard clan. "Why?"

      My dad sighed. "They need our help. There being threatened by the Blood Moon Pack. I know that they are our enemy, but the Blood Moon Pack is a rogue pack. They must be destroyed. Terminated. And this might even cause an alliance between us and the cats."

      I growled low but nodded. "Whatever you want to do. Your the Alpha."

      "But I won't be Alpha for long. Don't forget that son." He said with a sympathetic look in my direction.

      My jaw clenched. "Why does it have to be me? Mikah and Joel are the oldest.  They should be the Alphas-"

       He cut me off with a growl. "But they were not chosen. You were, and everyone has their destiny. This is yours. Not theirs. We will not discuss this further. Now go get ready for the meeting."

         I stood up stiffly, and left. He is right you know, Jasper said.

        No, I growled back. He doesn't.

        You just don't want to accept the truth. We have a higher calling. You just refuse to accept it. The sooner you do the better. He told me.

A.J. Pov

    "The hell I do." I hissed at my mom. "You can't just come back with your 'boyfriend' and tell me I have to attend a clan meeting."

         "Yes you do have to go, you will not embarrass me in front of him or his kids." Candice growled.

      I snorted. "Is that where you are always at? With him and his kids? Start a new family without us? What? Are are you embarrassed of your old family? Am I to fucked up for you? That's the reason he did what he did, because you weren't there to stop him!"
