(A/n: Last Chapter!)
• • •Eddie's eyes slowly fluttered open. He heard a beeping noise.
A nurse was hovering over him.
"W-where am I?" Eddie asked weakly.
"Your in the hospital honey." She responded, giving him a small smile.
"Oh..." It took Eddie a moment to process why he was in the hospital and what had happened before. He over dosed on pills. Or he tried to.
When he had passed out, Beverly had come over, she wanted to see if he was doing okay, his mother told her he was up in his room. When Beverly went upstairs, she heard water running from the bathroom, the door was half open, Beverly was horrified when she saw Eddie in the bathtub, she quickly dialed 911, luckily the small boy had survived.
"I'll go tell your friends your awake." The nurse smiled one more time before walking out of the room.
Eddie sighed, he knew things would be different now, he was worried his friends would see him differently.
A few minutes later, Beverly walked in.
"Oh my god! Eddie!" She carefully gave the boy a hug, tears streaming down her face.
"I was so scared...I thought you were gone..." She sniffed.
"I wish I was..." Eddie mumbled.
"Don't say that! We wouldn't be the same without you! We love you Eddie, and we're here for you."
"I just...I wish he was still alive.." Eddie sighed.
"Yeah. Me too. We all do." Beverly squeezed Eddie's hand.
"I'll see ya, alright?"
Eddie just nodded, Beverly gave him a small smile before walking out.
The others losers visited, then his mother, who told him he needed to go Rehab for depression, where he'd see a therapist, he'd have to stay there for at least three months.

Once Eddie had gotten back from Rehab, he was actually okay for once, he stopped cutting, his smiles and laughs were real again and not forced. He was starting to feel happy again.
Now Eddie sat in his room, staring long and hard at the letter on his dresser. He took a deep breath and opened the envelope, he took out a folded piece of paper and started reading.
Dear Eds
I don't know how to tell you this, but I really like you. I heard Ben wrote Beverly a poem, I tried to write you one as well but uh I'm not very poetic. So I'm writing you this letter instead, which I'll probably never give to you because I'm too scared.Anyways, I can't stop thinking about you and your brown eyes, or you and your freckle dotted nose. I love how you always blush so much. I love how your so protective over me. I guess I love you. No I don't guess, I know I love you.
I don't want you to see me any differently though, I don't wanna ruin our friendship...if I tell you how I really felt, I'm afraid you'll stop wanting to be friends with me...
If I finally have the guts to give this to you, then I hope you still wanna be friends....cause Eds, I couldn't live without you, your my happiness.
I love you more than you can ever imagine.
Call me when you get this note...so we can talk this shit out. Just don't hate me.
I love you Eddie spaghetti♥️
-Trashmouth
P.S: Ben said I should give you the poem as well so here it is:
Eddie spaghetti
Am I petty for loving you?
I'll try to stop bluffing,
But your blush has me crushing.
Your hair is as brown as tree bark.
Your smile has my heart. So uhm I'm obviously not ever writing a poem again. That's my attempt at one.
Sincerely, Trashmouth Tozier
Eddie read the letter over and over again, each time his heart pinched and his eyes watered. He smiled at Richie's sloppy hand writing and laughed at his attempt of being poetic. He missed the raven haired boy. Eddie held the letter close to his chest and fell asleep dreaming about his best friend.
Every night, Eddie would read Richie's letter, like a prayer, he'd fall asleep happy, a small smile on his face.
Richie Tozier had hidden truths, everyone does. But he was willing to share them with the love of his life, his deepest secrets, the ones that made him break down. Trust. That's what they had, trust and love.
Love is strong, and so is trust.
In the end, we all have truths that we don't reveal to anyone but ourselves.
Perhaps, if Richie had told his mother or the authorities, he would of been alive now, sitting next to Eddie, holding him in his arms as he watched the fireworks go off for the Fourth of July.
But, as the raven haired boy had said, things happen for a reason.
We are hidden truths.

End Of Hidden Truths.(A/n: I'm so sorry if this ending was really crappy. I got a bit overwhelmed and didn't know how to properly end it. But I hope it was good enough, I'll put out all the thank you's on the Author's Note post. Read it if you'd like!)
