As I drive home I get a text from Kenny "We are hoopin' at Johnson's house swing by, we need even teams" I turn down the street and pull up in Johnson's driveway walking around to the back yard. "He's here finally" Johnson mutters under his breath "Hey bro" Nate says giving me a bro hug "Good to have ya back, how was seeing the family?" He smiles "It was chill, good to be home" I nod totally getting where he's coming from. "Okay teams" Sammy says clapping his hands ready to play "Johnson, Jake and Nate v.s Gilinsky, Ken and I" he starts to pull of his shirt "Obviously we will play skins" he says flexing like a tool. I pull of my shirt and throw it to the side before getting ready to play. Johnson comes over to block me as we wait for the tip "Where's your personal cheerleader?" He asks snarkily "Didn't think she'd miss a chance to see THE king Gilinsky shirtless" I shake my head "We aren't even together Johnson, so shut up" he laughs "She's got you wrapped around her finger like a little bitch" my stance goes ridged and my hands tighten into fists "What did you say?" I ask again giving him a chance to change his answer, but he straightens up with confidence "You heard me, you're just a little bitch" I launch at him as Sammy grabs my shoulders pulling me back. "C'mon Gilinsky hit me" Johnson taunts "Shut the f*ck up Jack" Sammy says turning towards him and letting me loose. I reach around Sam and hit Jack square in the jaw sending him to the ground. "I see what our friendship is worth" he says getting up and grabbing his jaw "you asshole" he mutters under his breath walking inside.
