"oi what the dick?-"

"oh my god are y'all on a date?" a small girl with large circular glasses screeched.

"..sorry, not to disappoint you, but no." alex said in an uncomfortable tone. i glance down at her hands which held a camera. we both look at each other with confusion.

"so um, why do you have a camera with you?" i asked her. her smile falters a bit and avoids eye contact. she lets out an embarrassed sigh.

"okay this sounds super weird, don't hate me but i have shipped you two so fucking hard even before y'all got to million. i was just walking around while recording when i saw you guys here. i thought y'all were on a date and i literally lack self control, so i ran in here." the girl said.

alex and i look at each other once again in confusion. the girl sighs again.

"i'm just a huge fan, i couldn't fucking help it!"

"okay, first of all, watch your fucking language. second of all, if we really were on a date, you can't just barge in and record it, it's private."

alexander turns a little red and glances at me before turning his attention back to the girl.

"but, ah, we aren't on a date haha. we aren't actually on a date, you know?-"

i cut his embarrassing ramble off.

"yeah, i think she gets it now." i say teasingly. alexander shoots me a feeble smile.

"i'm sorry, i'm just such a big fan i couldn't stop myself. i promise i won't be like this next time. my name is theodosia, and my channel name is theological." theodosia says.

"i'll make sure to subscribe to you then." theo's face lights up with joy and said goodbye, leaving me and alexander still confused on what the hell just happened.

"it's getting late, we should head back. let's do the collab maybe tomorrow?" alex asked. i smile a little and nod.

"of course! see you."

we parted ways and got into our cars. i didn't miss the way alex smiled so brightly when he started up his car.
