Matt pressed a kiss to Andy's forehead as his hand came up, cupping his cheek. "Ashley will be done, baby. Adam's with him" he said quietly, knowing he was probably concerned about the bassist. "Are you okay?" CC nodded as he let his eyes slip closed, a few tears slipping down his cheeks. "I hate this helpless feeling. I wish there was something I could do. This isn't fucking fair

James was a little surprised when Ashley started speaking. He'd honestly expected much worse, and he definitely hadn't expected an apology. Nodding slightly as Ashley suggested that they should all be there for Jake, he glanced at the ground again. "I agree. And I want us to all be there," he agreed, twisting his fingers in his hand slowly, nervously. "I just want him to be okay," he admitted quietly, blinking hard while he tried to contain his tears, though he knew it was no use.

Andy nodded slightly at Matt's question, but he wasn't really okay at all. None of them were. He was worried, he was scared, and he didn't know what to do about it. He was usually the one one the receiving end of the injuries, but being on this side wasn't so fun. Jinxx breathed slowly as he pulled CC closer, trying to comfort him. "There's nothing any of us can do but just be here, and that has to be enough for him," he suggested softly.

Silently Ashley stepped closer to James, wrapping his arms around his neck as he pulled him into a tight hug. He buried his face in the curve of the drummers neck as his body shook with the sobs. "He has to be okay" he cried, "he just has too. He had too many people that love him for him not to be" Sam smiled sadly as he looked toward Adam, happy the two had settled their differences, but sad they were all going through this,

Matt sighed softly as he looked at the man lying on the bed. "This doesn't seem real" he said softly, fighting back the urge to cry. CC nodded his head, giving Jinxx a light squeeze. "He's gonna get through this & then he's gonna laugh at us" he said, trying to lighten the mood. He sighed as a nurse came in to check Jake's vitals. She offered a smile as she looked around the room, "keep talking to him" she started, nodding "I believe he can hear you"

James slowly moved his arms around Ashley, a little wary to start until Ashley's face pressed to his neck. Tightening his arms, he closed his eyes tightly, holding the back of Ashley's head gently while he nodded slightly. "He has to wake up. We can't do this without him. I can't. I need him," he admitted softly. Adam glanced back at Sam, moving around the two to sit next to Sam on the bench, patting his back gently. "You okay?"

Andy moved closer to the bed, dropping to his knees to sit beside it. Moving his arms up, he leaned his head on his arms, obviously intent on staying there for the night. Jinxx smiled a little sadly at CC's words, nodding slightly. He glanced up when the nurse came in, chewing at his lip. "Is he going to make it out of here?" He questioned, knowing it was a heavy request, but he needed the answer. They all did.

Ashley took a few deep breaths, trying to regain at least a little composure as he held on to James tightly. He nodded his head slowly, lifting his head to look at James. "He will. I know he will. He's not ready to leave yet" he swallowed hard, the words he'd said still weighing heavy on his mind. Sam sighed softly as he turned to face Adam "yeah, just worried about everyone" he said, not wanting to go into too much detail about the other things on his mind at the moment.

Matt moved closer to the bed, scooting one of the chairs to the bed, taking a seat next to his husband. He reached over, placing a hand gently on Andy's leg. CC took a breath as he turned his attention to the nurse, biting at his lower lip gently as he waited for her to answer. "In my honest opinion. I believe he will." He said, glancing at his chart before hanging it on the end of the bed "he seems like a fighter, so I do believe he will be okay. I might take some time, but don't give up on him" she added, smiling at each of them before heading to the door. "Would you guys be more comfortable if we brought in another bed?"

James moved back slightly, but he didn't let go of Ashley while he nodded back toward the door. "Want to head back?" He questioned, glancing at Sam and Adam. "Sorry, mate. I didn't mean to steal him," he joked, moving so that Ashley was closer to Adam as an offering while he smirked slightly. Adam laughed a little when he stood up, moving his hands to either side of Ashley's hips to pull him back against his chest, dropping his head to kiss his shoulder gently. "It's alright, he's not going anywhere," he assured James, glancing back at Sam to motion toward the door.

Andy turned his head to face Matt, moving one hand down to his to lace their fingers together. Closing his eyes slowly, he took a deep breath as the nurse assured them that it looked like Jake would be okay eventually. When another bed was offered, Andy sat up straighter, nodding quickly. "Yes, please," he requested. Jinxx nodded slightly at the nurse's words, hoping they were true. Looking back at CC, he nodded toward Aaron who seemed to have fallen asleep, slouched on the floor with his back against the wall. "I think another bed may be a good idea."
