Chapter 80 - Another Chance

Here's a short chapter for now

"There is no way this is happening again" I said quietly and shaking my head. Faith laughed making me look up at her.

"What? Shouldn't you be excited?"

"Yes, but if the same thing happens- I don't know. We both would be so excited, but I don't wanna get our hopes up again" I explained to her. She went to talk, but my door busted open.

"Aye yo what y'all-" Isaiah stopped talking as he saw our serious faces. "What's up?" I smiled slightly.

"I'll tell you later okay?" I told him. He nodded with a confused look then walked out the room again. Faiths phone timer went off making us both look at each other.

"Jah and Cleo aren't back yet" I stated without moving.

"Do you want to wait then?" She asked me. I shook my head and shook up. I grabbed the stick and felt tears start to form.

I'm pregnant.

"Oh my god!" Faith said loudly excitedly. "Girl! This is amazing" she said while she hugged me.

"I'm pregnant. Holy shit" I said in shook with a smile on my face.

"Now how are you going to tell him?" She asked. I shrugged and she hugged me again. "Oh my god you are having a baby" she said smiling as wide as I am.

"Let's go wait downstairs for them to come home" I told her. I walked out of the room with Faith following behind. I saw Trunks about to walk into his room. "Hey" I said getting his attention. He smiled softly and nodded.

"What y'all doing?" He asked then his eyes traveled to my hand and his eyes widened once he saw the test. "Are you pregnant?" He asked loudly. I nodded smiling. He rushed over and hugged me. "This is great! Jahsehs gonna be so excited. Congrats" he told me.

"Thank you. Ima go wait for him downstairs" I told him then walked down the stairs. I saw Stokeley, Gabe, and Isaiah chilling on the couches. I slid the stick into my back pocket before they saw it. "Hey guys" I said as I got their attention and walked into the room. Faith sat down, but I stayed standing. "So we are going to have another human living here" I started talking.

"You moving in?" Stokeley asked Faith making the two of us laugh.

"No" she said shaking her head.

"Tell me you're fucking pregnant" Gabe said as he stood up. I didn't say anything as I just smiled wider and nodded.

"No way!" Stokeley yelled.

"Stas are you being for real?" Isaiah asked. They stood up along with Gabe. Stokeley wrapped his arms around me.

"My little sister is having a little X!" He joked and I hugging him back. Before anyone could say anything the front door opened and Stokeley pulled away from me. I saw it was Cleo and Jahseh.

"Hey" Cleo said smiling as she greeted us.

"I have something to tell you two. I just told them" I started off and I took a deep breath. I can't wait to see Jahsehs reaction.

"What's up babe?" He asked confused.

"You're going to be a dad" I told him and he dropped his bags with his eyes widened. I pulled out the stick to show him.

"I'm going to be a dad? We're gonna be parents?" He asked quickly. I nodded and wiped my tears. He ran over to me and held onto my body. "I love you. Oh my god. Holy fucking shit. You're pregnant" he said In shock and kissed the top of my head.

"Baby you're making me cry more" I joked and he slightly pulled away to look at me. He cupped my face and kissed me.

"We're having a baby"

"We're having a baby" I repeated and giggled. The look in his eyes is pure excitement and happiness.

"Holy shit this is great" I heard Stokeley say. Jahseh kissed me again then hugged me tightly.
