I woke up a few hours ago,Andy was still in bed.I didn't see it as a surprise because he worked almost all day yesterday.Right now it's i think 11:45.
I plug my earphones in and walk to this old room with some instruments.I found it while sweeping around the place,cleaning up after the big fiasco with Clarice's portals.I pick up the guitar and dust it off,i bring it outside the room and walk outside the Underground,sitting down ontop of a concrete block.
I slowly started to string my fingers onto the guitar,closing my eyes and slowly listening to the song i learnt when Katy and Joe let me in.I opened my mouth and started to sing to the lyrics,smiling weakly as it reminded me of myself when my parents died.
I finally ended the song,looking down and sadly laughing,i was definetly broken.Just like the title.
"Still playing after all these years,huh?"
I hear behind me.I turn around to see Andy,his back leaning on the wall with his arms crossed.
I turn back around,strumming my fingers on the guitar once again but didn't sing.Andy walked to me and sat beside me.
"How much did you see?"
I asked,looking up to the sky while playing the guitar.
"Enough to know you still haven't gotten over it."
He says sympathetically and puts my head on his shoulder,slinging his arm over me and strokes my arm carefully.
"It was never you're fault you know,never will be."
He says again and i sigh.
"Yes,it was.We convinced him to try and live the most of his life which pushed him to his limits."
I say,biting my lip and looking down.
"Think about it,your mother and father will NOT be happy to see you debating your life choices.It's lunch anyways,we need to go find Lauren."
He says and i lift my head up,standing uo and brushing my clothes with my hands to rid myself of the dirt.
"Look up,"
I whisper to him and Andy does,he sees Wes standing up on the roof.Where there's Wes,there is Lauren.Andy smirks at me and i smile,i grab my guitar and we run inside and go to the rooftop.
Once we get there,me and Andy lean on the ledge and i ready my guitar as they were about to kiss,i start playing a romantic melody and Andy chuckles quietly and we high five.
"Hey!"
I say which stops them from kissing.
"You guys get checked for herpes right?"
Andy says with a cocky grin on his face,Lauren rolls his eyes at Andy and i wink at Wes.
"I heard it's SUPER contagious."
I add on.
"Way to be a stalker both of you!"
Lauren whines.She climbs through the window inside again.
"Mom told us to go get you!It's lunch!"
He says and Lauren drags him away,hitying his head playfully and scolding him for 'ruining the moment.'
Wes climbs in and i walk beside him,giving him a smirk and he blushes hard.
"Damn!Look at you!Been less than a day and you're already smooching!"
I say and turn around,putting my hands around my back and doing kissing motions.
Wes scoffs and walks ahead of me.
"Uh huh..could say the same for you and Andy."
He says.I widen my eyes and clench my jaw,lifting my finger up and giving Wes a telekinetic wedgie.He falls to the ground holding his groin in pain and i cackle in amusement.
