Tara and Beau slowly made their way through the group of people until they reached Lucie who was standing amongst a few older boys. When she turned to look at them the hazy expression in her eyes and the dullness to her face suggested she had been drinking and by the looks of it, shots.

"Um Lucie do you know these guys?" Tara questioned stepping a bit closer to Beau for protection.

"Yeah, obviously were like so close!" She slurred back, leaning against one of them for support as she turned round in her chair. "You been pulling him, Taz?" Lucie asked while pointing at Beau.

"Wtf! No! ohmygod! Come on Lucie, we should probabaly go and also please dont call me Taz." Tara mumbled completely embarassed.

"Tara who is this?" Beau asked as he swung Lucie's arm over his shoulder and her other arm over Tara's.

"Um..Lucie, she's my friend but I think she just got in with the wrong people." Tara replied struggling under the weight. They lead lucie over to a couch and layed her down. "Beau can you get her a bucket please I tink she's going to be sick!" Tara squealed, jumping back as Lucie projectile vomited onto the floor. "Urgghhh eww!"

Beau sprinted back with a bucket and placed it next to lucie's head. "Here you go, stoner" He joked while sitting on the chair next to Tara.

"Hiya Beau!" Lucie suddenly spoke. With a hearty groan she pushed herslf into a sitting position and wiped her mouth with the back of her hand. "Ok can you kindly move out my way I almost had those boys." Lucie wailed struggling to her feet.

"Your not going anywhere in that state, and you do realise those guys probabaly just wanted sex." Tara argued while pushing her back on the couch. "Beau can you please help me get her in a Taxi before something goes seriously wrong." Tara motioned for Beau to pick hr up.

Beau wrinkled up his nose at the thought of it, but decided to show his manly side and swiftly picked Lucie up and took her to the front doors to order a Taxi. "Shes on her way home, so any other  sober girls I could meet?" Beau asked sarcastically.

Tara was barely paying attention. She had caught sight of Jai leaning over the bar smiling and laughing with Shauna. Her face fell when she noticed him kiss her on the cheek. She couldn't believe it! "Um...theres loads around Beau, i'll talk later bye" Tara rushed, as she headed towards Shauna and Jai.

"SHAUNA WHAT THE FUCKING HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING!" Tara screamed while launching herself at a stunned Shauna.

"TARA GET OFF ME! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU MEAN!" Shauna protested, struggling against Tara.

"What do you mean you don't understand? I thought you were with Luke?!" Tara screamed back.

"Eh...Tara this is Luke?" Shauna replied waiting for the embaressment to sink in Tara.

Tara looked around and realised it was Luke, he'd taken his ring out. No longer could she take it. Falling on the floor, thick tears raced down her cheeks. She couldnt be bothered wiping them away and as for what people thought of her, she didn't give a damn. The night had just been a disaster, she knew she was over-reacting but her feelings and embaressment just couldnt be hidden anymore.

"Hey Tara, don't cry." A soft voice whispered. His warm finger wiped the last of Tara's tears away. "It's not that big a deal, your just having a bad night. Do you want to talk?" Jai asked while placing an arm around Tara's shoulder.

"Jai can i tell you something?" tara asked.

"sure, fire away" He replied with a smile.

"I'm not upset because of mistaking Luke for you, or what Lucie said to me and Beau, or about messing up your filming, i'm upset because I...well um...I, I'm just really tired and I miss my family back home" Tara eventually said hoping she didnt sound too pathetic or that he would suss out what she was really trying to say.

"Aw Tara, don't worry about it," Jai said with a grin. He was clearly grateful she wasnt about to spill every girl problem known to man.

Tara rested her head on Jai's shoulder hoping he wouldnt mind. She wished she could freeze this moment forever-right here in Jai's arms.
