Harry looked at the pouting ferret on the shelf. Draco had been very cheeky lately — after Chelsea came. Aunt Marge had came to pay the Dursleys a visit. Harry had cooked like always as someone had came to visit his cousin and his family. Draco snarled as Harry had turned the oven on.
Harry heard as Aunt Marge laughed at something Dudley had said, it irritated him so much — knowing that he wasnt like that at all with Harry himself. Something clicked in Harry's head and he slowly took his wand out to cast a spell. Draco watched as Harry quickly smiled and continued cooking as the screams of Marge and the Dursleys echoed outside.
"Harry!" the boy turned around as he heard his name to be calked out. He saw Cedric running towards him. "Hey! What's up?"
"Um. Nothing?" he lied. In fact, he wasn't in mood to talk to anyone but Draco. Just something felt different when he talked with the git who was on his shoulders.
Cedric gave him an odd look. "Are you sure? You've been so distant." What? Distant? Draco thought as he glared at Cedric.
"Yeah, just tired." A lie. Harry still was tired though. But not just tired, he wanted the human Draco back. He wanted to see the blonde locks of Draco, shine in the sunrise. "Sorry, Cedric. I have to go." Harry smiled awkwardly before Draco could hiss and then he walked away.
Draco squeaked as the Hippogriff got closer and closer, second by second. Harry softly hummed at the scared ferret and touched the Hippogriff. He petted it for a while. Draco spat on Harry's face and the Hippogriff shrieked and backed up running.
"What was that for?" Harry asked hissing. Draco huddled to Harry's heck with his sly smirk on. The brunette scoffed but then petted the white fur ball.
Hermione walked up to see if Hagrid was still home. Harry stood by a tree with horrified Draco — who was trying not to stare at the dead ferret on Hermione's shoulder— , behind Hermione and the Hippogriff. They had just came out from the forest to bring the Hippogriff back. Hermione had dragged Harry and Draco with her because the Hippogriff had left to its own ways as Draco had spit on Harry's face.
"Beautiful isn't it?" Harry asked. It was past curfew — probably eleven — at night. He had crawled up to the roof with Draco to watch the moon.
Draco was on Harry's shoulders, but decided to hop off and turn into his human form. "Yeah, beautiful." a few minutes of silence made Draco think. "Potter?" he heard Harry answer with a hum. "You are either on my side, by my side or in my way. Choose wisely." then he heard a snort.
"You're stupid, you know that." Harry looked at the full moon. "The moon looks like your eyes." he blurted out.
Draco blushed and blinked as a snowflake fell into his eye. "Ow. Shit." Harry started laughing and that made Draco blush more.
