Graduation caps were thrown into the air, as Joseph pulled Lark into his arms, smiling a proud, happy smile. They'd finally made it out of Montgomery High School's year book photos, and out of the hazed hallways.

It was time for doing. And just the mere thought of doing it all with Lark, made Joseph's heart seer in delight. "Congratulations, darling," he whispered into Lark's ear. "The car's loaded, and my sister's are ready to see us off."

After things had become official, both Lark and Joseph had decided that it'd be best for them to leave town. To leave town, and find a place where they could be happy—where they could be themselves and still find a way to flourish. In their best way.

They made their way over to Joseph's car, buckling themselves in, and sharing a small kiss on the lips.

"And, we're off."
