intro:
this topic was slightly brushed over in my previous chapters, but i'll be talking about things you can do to take your mind off stressfulsituations. also this chapter might not be as helpful as the other ones because i am not 100% confident if these tips work.things to do:
meditation/yoga! it's very calming as i mentioned in my previous chapters. it's a way to focus on your breathing pattern and take your mind off stressful situations. make sure you have everything that can distract you hidden, and turn your phone off to not get messages from anyone while you're having time to yourself. you can also listen to music and sing along. i think energetic music could be better because you can sing your heart out and dance like a chicken and no one will judge you for it. during singing/dancing there's a very big chance nothing will matter to you at that moment, even the notes that you're hitting. another way to distract yourself from reality is reading a good book. if you don't have any books that you find interesting, you can go on audiobook, or buy one. i wish i had good book recommendations but i don't really read books, however you can ask your friends, or go on wattpad and read some of your favourite fanfics that probably include smuts,,i know that you read those don't deny it. cleaning is also a big stress reliever. it's tiring but at least you're focused on making your house/room as tidy and neat as possible. you can listen to music while cleaning to boost your energy and make your cleaning more enjoyable.outro:
okay there is a lot of music involved in this chapter. this just shows that music can be really helpful and cheer your mood, or make you calm, well calmer at least. as i said in the intro, i am not 100% sure about these tips so i'm sorry if this chapter doesn't help much. and it's short so also sorry about that.-vic
