intro:
welcome back! sorry for not updating for a long time i was just debating on what topic i should talk about but i decided to do suicide, since it is a very serious thing that we shouldn't ignore. if this is too sensitive for you, you can skip this paragraph.

causes:
suicide/suicidal thoughts usually come from depression, and depression is an illness that is very hard to claw out of so i'll be touching up on depression as well. you usually get suicidal thoughts when you only think about the bad side of things. you usually just focus on everything that's going wrong, instead of focusing on the things that could make you feel happier. you're probably thinking 'but there is nothing happy in my world'. and let me tell you there is but you just don't realise it, and you have to work on that. focus on the acts of kindness people show, the things you love doing, even seeing a person you love look happy makes you feel light-hearted. so surround yourself with people you love and trust, so they can help you get through this dark moment of your life, because there are many things to live for. right now, you might not want to have a good job, a family, your own house, but when you do have those things, you'll realise that living is worth it. not giving up is worth it, even if things go downhill or not the way you want them to go, because in the end, even if it's for a short moment, you'll feel relief, happiness, love, all the good feelings in the world, and those are feelings you wouldn't want to miss out on. people might tell you now, that living is useless, that you are useless, and you're certainly not. everyone has a reason to be on this world, a good reason, and you need to show everyone that you are strong, you will not give up, you'll show everyone that your life matters, and you'll help others feel better about their own lives.

about depression, i can't say much besides saying to go to a therapist or a professional that could help you. therapy can be very helpful so i would recommend go to it, maybe if they have one at school you could go to one. and please don't self diagnose, if you self diagnose your mind will pressure you to have that or act like you have a mental illness so please don't do that to yourself.

outro:
i hope that you'll think about these things if you ever think about taking your life, i hope that thought doesn't even cross your mind for a second! because life is a beautiful gift, even if it doesn't seem like it. i love you!
