Chapter 45. A different sign

Okay let's clarify this for a bit, since Chaos just joined the party the whole mind communication thing can get a little overwhelming so imma put it in one message for you guys.

"Spoken" = Double apostrophes, This signals the text in it is being physically said.

'Wayo/Gump' = Single apostrophes + normal text, This signals the text in it is being communicated mentally by Yo (Or Gump if the chapter is in Gump or Sunz's POV's).

'Phana/Sunz' = Single apostrophes + Italic text, This signals the text in it is being communicated mentally by Phana (Or Sunz if the chapter is in Gump or Sunz's POV's).

'Chaos' = Single apostrophes + bold text, This signals the text in it is being communicated mentally by Chaos.

Kit's POV

"This day has been too exhausting!" I sighed and fell back on my bed after P'Sunz brought us back to my room.

"Are you alright Phi?" Ming asked

"Yeah i am alright i guess?" I replied still somewhat unsure myself.

"Phi you know you can be honest with me right? I can hear the hesitation in your voice." For someone who acts pretty dumb all the time i have to say his deduction skills are on point.

"I know, i just don't really know how to word it."

"Just try it, even if it's just a feeling, a mood, a word or a tear. A little ranting can relieve your heart and brain." Ming gently spoke and the bed dipped next to my legs, meaning that Ming came to sit on the bed next to me. I felt his hand soothingly rub my stomach.

"I guess...it's just a bit too much for me to proces in one day. I mean can you believe it, my parents suddenly come back trying to take Yo and I out of school, then we are teleported away from everyone just wondering what will happen next. Next thing i know i hear my mom got taken away and my dad got killed. He got killed Ming! On the same day Yo saw our parents again for the first time!"

"I know. Do you feel sad that your dad isn't here anymore?"

"I really don't know. I mean my parents are scum, being part of a cult like organization, mistreating their children and throwing one of them out of the house before he even turned 16 then coming back for said kid when they finally have a use for him. I can't feel sad for those kinds of people."

"But you do."

"I don't." I sigh annoyed.

"P'Kit, you do."

"I don't! My parents were assholes who hurt me and Yo constantly, why the hell would i feel sad for those kinds of people finally being rid from the world?!" I said sitting us staring right at Ming who was a little startled at my sudden change of position.

"Because they are your parents and you are who you are P'Kit. You act all though of grumpy all the time but i know how kind your heart is. You know what you did is right but you still blame yourself because you think that you took away Yo's chance at having parents and your own vision of having a family." I fell back on the bed again with a groan, i hate that he always is the right and sensible one in these kinds of moments.

"I just can't believe he is really dead. Where will i go now? I have nowhere to call home."

"Stay with me." He simply shrugged.
