Chapter 23

Emma's P.O.V

Yesterday when we got home we went to sleep right quickly. Today I woke up seeing Austin looking into my suitcase. He looked like a child at Christmas, I frowned.

"Do you mind telling me what are you doing?" I said raising an eyebrow at him.

He looked at me and grinned. "Morning, I'm just searching something" He said.

I shrugged and walked towards him.

"Oh gotcha" He said grabbing my vanilla shampoo. What the hell?

"I'm gonna shower with your shampoo" He said walking towards the bathroom and slaming the door.

Why everyday he does a one of these weird things like, why does he want to shower with my shampoo?

10 minutes later I find myself and my suitcase waiting for Austin on the door. Suddenly Austin came with his bag and I noticed he smelled like my shampoo, I bet washed his hair with my shampoo. We walked to the lobby and Austin gave the key to the girl. We walked s few minutes and reached the car.

I sat on the passenger seat as Austin began to turn on the engine and drive away. I looked at him directly, my gaze glued on him, he didn't seemed to notice so I sighed heavily. Until he looked at me.

"Why did you use my shampoo?" I said raising one eyebrow.

"Oh I know you like it Emma, now I smell all girly like you" He said with a smirk on his lips.

I shrugged as Austin drove down the highway. It was getting dark and Austin parked in a empty parking lot that it had an abandoned mall like the other we saw a few days ago. Why does New York have so many abandoned malls?

"It isn't abandoned, it's just old for what I see" Said Austin making me jump.

I didn't notice I was actually talking, I though I was thinking. Woah, I'm a mess.

I just smiled at Austin and he seemed surprised by my sudden action but he smiled back. He has a beautiful smile now that I realize.

"Emma" He said snapping me from my toughts.

"What?"

"Let's get in that mall" He said with a smirk.

"Are you being serious?" I said and he nodded.

"Come on, it will be fun" He said unbuckling his belt and graving his skate and demin jacket from the back seat.

I nodded and I grabbed my phone and the levi's denim jacket Austin gave me, he was wearing one exactly like the one he gave me but it was a bit darker than mine. We looked like the guys from 'The Outsiders' and I loved that.

Austin got on his skateboard and started skating around the parking lot while I was at my own pace. In Austin you can tell by his eyes that he loves skateboarding, the few times I've seen skating I've seen him very focused and happy.

We finally arrived at a back door, Austin pulled a small lever from his jacket and opened the door in a blink of an eye. I stood there with my mouth open in shock.

"When you have been on drugs you also learn things Emma" He said shrugging because of my reaction.

Wait, what about the cameras?

"Austin the cameras!?!" I exclaimed.

"Don't worry, I have been here before the only one that works is the one on the door" He said pointing the front door, thanks to the lord that we haven't get in by that door.

I zoned out for a moment and Austin disappeared from my side, but did not walk away because you could hear the wheels of his skate down the halls of the mall.

My eyes caught sight of a Starbucks sign, walk and entered. I did a frappuccino and went searching for Austin, I walked and walked until I found Austin lying on a couch listening to music with his headphones. I walked over and Austin from the couch pated the empty side for me to lay down with with, I shook my head and I turned around and before I could walk Austin grabbed my hand and pulled me onto the couch with him.

In a matter of seconds I find myself laying on the top of Austin with my hands against his chest, slowly he took off his headphones and wrapped his arms around my tiny waist making me flush.

"Hi" Said Austin smiling.

I felt so nervous in that moment, the fact that there wasn't any space between us made me feel some rush of exitement and I could feel my heart racing.

I parted my lips for say something but It didn't came out anything, like when Austin kissed my neck. I was probably in shock.

Austin has his head to the side and had a shy smile on his face. I stared intently at Austin, his pupils getting big for the little light in the store. I tried breathing and breathing calmly, shallow breaths, but it was all useless because I put Austin at me more nervous.

"We-we should go" I said sttutering.

"Someday you will have to tell me" He said ignoring my sentence.

"W-what?" I said.

"This" He said squeezing my hips making me gasp nervously. "Why do you tense this much? Isn't healthy" He said scanning my face.

"Let it go Austin please" I said closing my eyes and breathing calmly.

"Please Emma I need to know" He said.

I opened my eyes and I give up. There's not a exact reason Austin" I paused. "I'm not used at a boy touching me and I feel kinda scared okay, j-just that" I started to cry and sob.

"No Emma please don't cry, please" He said grabbing my face and wiping my tears away making me cry more. He pulled his hands away and hugged me making me put my face on the crook of his neck.

"With me you don't have to be scared I would never hurt you" He said in a calm and low voice caressing my cheek.

Suddenly I heards some voices.

Someone is inside the mall.

Oh no.
