Jason's POV

"Sky?" Ty asked in shock.

Sky laughed, but it didn't sound like his usual laugh, it sounded evil, cruel and hollow. "I prefer Skybrine now." He said to Ty.

Ty just looked at him up and down, absolutely speechless, his eyes wide.

I stared at him. He looked the same, yet different. His clothes were the same, only they had splashes of dried blood on it. He held his butter sword in his hand and it also had blood on it, fresh blood. His amulet, which he never took off, was gone and he didn't have his sunglasses on so I could see his eyes.

They were a bright, soulless white, those were definitely different. He had a smear of blood on his cheek and he was smiling evilly.

"Sky, What the F**k happened to you, man?" Quentin asked in shock, his hand hovering over the handle of his iron sword.

Sky looked at Quentin and chuckled "Herobrine happened, he's helped me get a whole new perspective on this world, and it needs fixing." He said, his hand beginning to spark with yellow electricity. "Now if you'll excuse me I have business to take care of. Oh and one more thing..." He said before hurling a bolt of yellow lightning at Quentin. "I said, you can call me Skybrine now."

Quentin flew back and hit the wall with a sickening crack as the lightning hit him, electricity shooting off him before he crumpled to the floor with a groan.

Ian ran towards him, drawing his sword with one hand to defend himself and checked Quentin's pulse with the other. He sighed with relief so I assumed he felt one.

Ian looked back at Sky, or Skybrine, angrily "Sky?! What are you doing?! You nearly killed him!"

Skybrine laughed "Please, I could easily kill him if I wanted to. But I'm not here for you guys, I have my orders." He said pointing at the squid still in the cell behind us "I'm here for him."

Jerome backed up in front of the cell door. "I can't believe I saying this, but you're not gonna touch him." He snarled, reading Betty to fight him if necessary.

Skybrine began to walk towards him, chuckling "Oh come on Fluffy, you wouldn't hurt me would you?"

Jerome just growled at him and tightened his grip on the axe. While Skybrine was distracted by Jerome, I looked at the others.

Ian was helping Quentin into a sitting position, still holding his sword, although Quentin was unconscious. Ty was still just staring in shock at Sky next to me, his hand gripping his sword, still in its sheath, so tightly his knuckles were white. And Mitch... was sneaking up behind Skybrine with his sword ready.

Skybrine noticed and turned to look at Mitch, who swung his sword at him at that moment. He deflected the blow and held his sword out, still smiling that twisted smile.

Mitch breathed heavily and swung again, only for Skybrine to deflect once again. "I don't want to hurt you Sky. You have to focus. This isn't you."

"That's lovely Mitch. Only... I really want to hurt you. And this is me now. So get used to it." Skybrine said before raising his hand and thrusting it forward towards Mitch.

Mitch flew back as if pushed back by some sort of invisible force and hit the wall by the door, groan as he slid down it, his eyes closed, but he was till breathing. Jerome yelped when Mitch hit the wall, but stayed where he was incase Skybrine tried to make a move for the cell.

I drew my sword and held it in front of me "Come on Adam. This is Herobrine controlling you. The Sky I know would never hurt his friends."

Skybrine looked at me and raised his hand towards me, his eyes glowing brighter "The Sky you knew is long gone."

I felt my throat closing up and I couldn't breath. I grabbed my throat in a vain attempt to stop what ever he was doing to me, still keeping my sword out in front of me in an attempt to defend myself.

Skybrine moved his arm in a swift motion towards Jerome. The next thing I knew, I was flying across the room to Jerome and and smashing into him so we were both sprawled on the floor a few meters away from the cell door.

Jerome groaned from underneath me and I felt the invisible grip on my throat vanish, allowing me to breath. Skybrine walked towards the cell door, the squid crying inside it.

He grabbed the bars of the cell door and tore it off its hinges like it weighed nothing. He smirked and threw it towards Ty, who had enough sense to run out of the way so it hit the wall with a deafening clang.

Ty ran over to us and helped me and Jerome up, finally drawing his sword, but not sure what to do.

Skybrine walked into the cell, smiling. He drew his sword and pointed it at the squid, who was sobbing in fear.

"Pathetic." Skybrine sneered as he began to stab it, repeatably. The squid screamed in pain until it fell to the floor, dead.

We all stared in shock and anger at Skybrine, our weapons drawn and pointed at him, except for Quentin and Mitch, who were still unconscious.

Skybrine turned back to us and chuckled, wiping the squid blood off his sword with his sleeve. "You really don't like to give up, do you?"

Ty took a step forward, anger, shock and pleading in his eyes "Sky, please, this isn't you. You're better than this. You're stronger than Herobrine."

For once, Skybrine stopped smiling "No one is stronger than my master..." He snarled "Just know I haven't killed you yet because I had orders. Next time, you won't be so lucky."

Then he gave a cruel smile "Until next time." Then there was a flash of white light so bright it blinded me. When I could see again, he was gone.

We just remained there in a shocked silence for a moment, until Ian spoke.

"What the F**k just happened?!"
