"In the next 24 hours, she plans on taking out Sentinel Services and then the whole dang government." Lorna insisted that this is the crucial time that we have to go against Reeva.

The consequences could only be dire if she gets her way. Everyone in the mutant underground have gathered for an emergency meeting, it was almost exhilarating as nerve-wrecking to be a part of this.

Caitlyn as I observed being very rational and realistic raised the issue of Reeva being located in a fortress where a full on attack may not just work.

"Well, we didn't have the power to attack a fortress before." Marcos remarked as he glanced over at Andy and Lauren.

"Now we do."

"Wait. You want Andy and Lauren to destroy a high rise?" Reed interjected at Marcos' idea.

"God knows I'm all for bringing down the Inner Circle, but there has to be another way that doesn't involve Andy and Lauren destroying an entire building." Caitlyn spoke up in protection of her children.

"I could do it." I tried to volunteer.

"Reeva had me training to become her weapon in this uprising. While I'm inexperienced, I believe I have trained enough to fight back." I tried explaining to justify my stance.

"No absolutely not. Ren, you may not be our child, but you might as well be. We will not let you be put in harm's way." Caitlyn strongly objected to my idea.

She placed a hand on my shoulder to show that she meant her words.

"I have to agree with Caitlyn on this one. Reeva needs you for her post uprising master plan. Letting you go directly to her will be too much of a risk. You need to be the one who keeps the furthest distance from her." Lorna added her opinion into the mix.

"There is no other way. Lorna and Andy needs to be the ones to do this. If we do this, we don't lose anyone else here." John spoke up with a level headed approach.

Lorna agreed while Caitlyn was still unsure on this matter.

Andy and Lauren finally spoke up after the entire exchange. They agreed to do it and they assured that they were absolutely sure.

"In a way, I feel like we have been preparing for this for a long time." Lauren said confidently.

"We can stop Reeva. We have this power, we might as well use it for something good." Andy chimed in.

Reed still looked worried but surprisingly, I could see Caitlyn looking almost proud and decided to go along with it.

The plan was to move out of the apartment as soon as possible. I managed to shower and change into a fresh set of clothes.

I changed out of my clothes from the night, and into something more causal. I wore white t-shirt with light blue skinny jeans and a studded black denim jacket.

I noticed my hair grown much longer from before. Since the time I had first cut it to my shoulder when I joined the Inner Circle, it has grown out to almost my rib area.

So that's how long it has been. It felt like only yesterday since I joined the Inner Circle.

I was packing with Caitlyn and Lauren while Andy walked over to the kitchen to talk to his father.

I looked to Caitlyn and Lauren who were done packing up their belongings to duffel bags. There was nothing else for me to pack except my dirty clothes from the previous night.
