Chapter Two
**Three months later**
**Liam's POV**
"Are we all ready to go yet?" I asked as I opened the door of our hotel room. I took one last look at the giant suite we had all been living in, I would definitely miss this place. We've been living in it for three months already, the longest time we've spent in a hotel.
"Zayn's still doing his hair," Harry said as he dragged his suitcase behind him. He set it down and worked on putting on his shoes.
"Zayn! Let's go! Our plane boards in an hour. We still have to get there and get past the screaming girls!" I shouted glancing down at my watch. At this rate we would miss our flight and never make it to America in time.
I tapped my foot against the floor, waiting for Zayn to hurry up. Louis walked in with a huge smile on his face and his suitcase in hand. "Good evening lads!" He took in a deep breath of air and put his hands on his waist.
"It's morning Lou," Harry reminded him. We all chuckled at Louis, he was such a joker.
"Same difference really!"
While Harry and Louis went on with their little argument about time of days I walked off to find the blond Irish boy. Of course, I went to the kitchen first. Niall was slumped over in a chair, his face in a bowl of cereal.
"NIALL?!" I shook him by the shoulder and he jerked awake spilling milk and cereal all over himself and the table.
"WHA? What happened?!" A couple pieces of cereal slid down his face slowly. He didn't seem to notice them. This boy was something else.
"How does someone fall asleep in a bowl of cereal?" I asked as I walked over to the sink and wet some paper towels. "Here." I handed them to Niall and he started cleaning. I glanced back at my watch, if Zayn wasn't ready soon we'd miss our 8:00 AM flight.
"I have no clue. Something in my stomach hurt, I think. Or I fell asleep. I don't remember. Did I drink last night?" Niall looked at me with an eye brow raised and I thought back to last night.
Last night was one of the typical nights in this hotel room. The boys drank while I texted Danielle. I knew them enough to know their limits, but I wasn't watching them last night. I was doing a short twitcam and tried to reply to as many tweets as I could. There were a couple instances during the night where their yelling would get out of hand and I'd calm them down, but nothing serious happened. None of them disappeared during the night.
"Yeah you guys drank, but I don't think it was anything majorly damaging. You've all been drinking for a while anyways," I shrugged and helped Niall clean the table. Personally, I didn't drink but that was a choice. I had no problem with the boys alcohol usage.
"Liam! Niall! Let's go! We're ready!" I heard Zayn yell from the other room. Niall and I threw away our paper towels before leaving the kitchen. It wasn't spotless but the maid could clean it up later.
The three boys were standing by the door with their suitcases in hand. I looked at Zayn's perfectly sculpted hair. "Zayn if we're late I get to blame you."
Zayn gaped at me mockingly and put a hand on his chest. "Me?! But Daddy!" He whined and everyone immediately burst into laughter.
"Alright let's head out boys!" We grabbed our luggage and finally left out hotel room.
America here we come.
**ELEVEN HOURS LATER**
**Niall's POV**
The plane finally landed and I was the first one off. I wasn't feeling well and the only thing I focused on was getting to a restroom. I completely forgot about the waiting fans.
The sound of screams blared around me and I ducked my head to shield my eyes from the flashing lights. I felt hands grabbing at me from all angles and I felt claustrophobic. My brain was hurting and nothing made sense. I felt like I had just drank bottles of beer but instead of the cool numbness, I was experiencing a loud concert all aimed at me. I struggled to stay on my feet.
"OHMYGOD NIALL MARRY ME! MARRY ME! OHMYGOD BABY! PLEASE PLEASEE!" The screams came from all around me and I pressed my hands to my head. Make it stop. Make it stop.
My stomach gave a sharp pinch and I pitched forward, my hands on my knees. The pain in my stomach twisted and I felt like something inside of me was on fire. I couldn't breathe and tears fled my eyes. Make it stop. Make it stop. Make it stop.
"Liam!" I called out but I was no competition against the screams and cries of the fans. "Arrrgh!" I groaned from the pain. Make it stop!
The screams around me doubled. I hated it. This was a goddamn airport for crying out loud! Why were all these teenage girls here!
"Niall! Please take a picture with me? I love you so much!" A girl clung to me and snapped her camera at my face. The flash blinded me and I put my hand over my eyes. I attempted to stand up straighter and the pain in my stomach worsened. I groaned and clutched at my center.
"Girls please give us a some room!" Finally Paul's voice became audible and I felt a pair of hands wrap around my arms. I was hauled up and Paul tried to stand me up. "Niall?" Paul looked at me concerned when I didn't stay on my feet by myself.
"My stomach. It hurts!" I yelled as loud as I could, still clutching at my center region. I didn't understand what was happening. I've been on plenty of other planes before.
"Zayn! Liam! Take Niall. I'll keep the girls at bay," Paul instructed and I felt a new pair of hands hold on to me. Paul walked away and started barking commands at the girls, sending them away from us. I'd never felt more thankful for our bodyguard.
"Harry, Louis. Let's get Niall to the car. He's in some kind of pain." Liam took over command and the other boys nodded.
My stomach gave one more pinch, a stabbing pain in my lower region that had me breathless and crying. I was on fire. I felt like someone shot me a dozen times or stabbed me with knife and kept it there, slowly twisting it in my insides. The world gave one last good pitch forward and I blacked out, the last thing I heard was Liam's stream of curse words.
