Maggie's POV
Dylan and I grab our stuff and leave, I can't even look at jack right now.
He has the nerve to come and pick a fight with Dylan while Astrid is there.
"Dylan I'm so sorry this happened I didn't know he was gunna be there" I say
"It's okay Maggie, but can I ask you a question?" He asks me
"Sure"
"Was he mad because I called you my girlfriend?" He asks
"Its kinda complicated" I say
"I should probably also tell you a little bit more about jack" I say, since Dylan is my friend he should know about me and jacks past.
We pack the stuff into the car and drive to a small cafe instead.
"I'm sorry about jack again" I say sighing at the fact that jack tried picking a fight with Dylan
"You dont have to apologize for his actions Maggie" he says
"I know but I honestly don't know what to say"
"maybe you can start off by telling me why he was so mad at me" he says.
We get out of the car and walk into the small cafe and take a seat.
I start explaining to him, everything.
"I never knew you went through all that, but he doesn't deserve you Maggie. You deserve someone better than him" he says trying to comfort me
"I know, the only reason I kept going back to him was because I loved him, and I believed that he changed. But I was wrong." I say staring down at my coffee.
"Even if it was a misunderstanding, he shouldn't have gone and made out with her." I say obviously still a bit mad.
Dylan nods in agreement and we eat our food.
I shouldn't let jack ruin my day.
"I can just drive you home after if you want to, I don't know if your in the mood to go out or not" he says
"no it's okay we can do something after if it's alright with you" I say
"Yeah of course" he replies.
After we ate our food we drove to a park near there.
As we were sitting down by the shade I get a text from Jonah
Jonah: you okay?
I decide to just not answer for now.
Should I tell Dylan about aria now?
Dylan's POV
I've been wanting to tell Maggie that I have feelings for her for a while now but I'm not sure if it's the right time.
Maggie's POV
"Okay so you know aria right?" I ask him
"Yeah"
"She was actually wondering if you'd like to go on a date with her" I say
"Oh" he replies, welp
"uh sure?" He says,
"Okay I'll let her know" I say and text her.
Dylan's POV
I didn't want to sound mean so I said yes.
"Alright" I reply regretting my decision.
"Okay she said if tonight at 9 is good?" Maggie asks
"yeah" I reply with a smile.
