Structure

Like a tall massive completed building is quite beautiful and exquisite both on the outside and on the inside.

So also is a piece of work. The structure of your writing includes your own distinct voice used in interpreting words on paper.

Tone refers to an author's use of words and writing style to convey his or her attitude towards a topic. Tone is often defined as what the author feels about the subject. What the reader feels is known as the mood.

Tone is conveyed through
Diction - choice and use of words and phrases,

Viewpoint, syntax and grammar - how you put words and phrases together,

Level of formality - It is the way you express yourself in speech or writing.

Together they make up the structure of your book.

Example of Tone are
Assertive, direct, comic, encouraging, evasive, humorous, frustrated, formal, gentle, intimate, intense, inspirational, ironic, loving, nostalgic, revengeful, sarcastic, sentimental etc

It's important for writers to recognise and master their tone of writing because readers easily notice and relate with it while reading.
