chapter six ↴ i'm suing

"I swear, if this bitch doesn't compliment my outfit, I'm suing." Kenzie announced, applying lipgloss in the mirror above.

Five nodded, and tried his hardest not to make it obvious that he couldn't look at her without turning beet red.

most of Kenzie's legs were exposed, along with her stomach and shoulders and her breasts. luckily for him, her long hair covered a lot of her top area, but god her legs went on for miles.

his thoughts (read: embarrassing thoughts) were cut off when he saw the doctor, and turned to Kenzie. "look, there's the doctor." "that's what we're doing? waiting for a doctor?" "yeah." Five answered.

it was silent until Kenzie let out a big sigh. "you know what we need?"

"tell me, Pixie." he prompted, turning to look at her. she grinned and replied, "music obviously!"

she turned on the radio and a pop song came blaring out of the speakers. Five didn't know the lyrics, but Kenzie clearly did as she started to belt them out, using waving her hands around with the most ridiculous look on her face, but Five though she looked beautiful.

"thinkin' you could li-i-i-ve without me! thinkin' you could li-i-i-ve without me! baby i'm the one who put you up the—"

the van door slid open, making Kenzie scream in shock and yell, "holy fuck!"

Klaus and Luther hoped into the van and Kenzie opened her mouth incredulously to comment of Luther biceps, but Five put his hand over her mouth.

"Ahh, look who it is! Five's girlfriend!" Klaus teased. Kenzie rolled her eyes. "Oh! Look who it is! Five's druggie, gay, extremely fashionable but annoying brother!" she replied in the same squealing tone.

they burst into laughter and Klaus said, "where did you get your outfit?" Kenzie was ready to have a full on talk, but the man with the big biceps interrupted.

"i'm Luther." he introduced. "i'm Kenzie." she replied, shaking his hand.

"any luck finding your one eyed man?" Klaus asked, looking towards Five. "what?" Luther cut in, clearly confused. "I actually think we're waiting for a rude ass doctor, who clearly doesn't appreciate fashion." Kenzie supplied unhelpfully, trying her best to find a better radio station.

"whatever, look. we think Grace had something to do with Dad's death." Luther explained feverishly.

"did I ever tell you guys about the time I waxed my ass with chocolate pudding?" Klaus asked. Kenzie burst out into giggles, looking back at Klaus. "dude, why would you do that?"

"can you be serious?" Luther asked Klaus, and sensing an argument, Kenzie rolled her eyes and reached into her bag, pulling out some earphones.

she would not listen to the Hargreaves argue. not today. not while she was looking so damn good.

"is there, like, a point of me being here, Five? cause if not, I am supposed to do some studying. hashtag online school stuff."

Five looked to her and shook his head. "you don't have to be here, if you don't want to Pixie."

she nodded. "alright then. someone come get me when something important happens."

Kenzie opened the door and put her backpack on, and blew a kiss to Five. "See ya later sweetheart. it was nice meeting you, Luther." she closed the door and began to wake away, unhearing when Luther said, "I didn't think you'd get a girlfriend so quickly, Five."
