Ache

His back hurts. He went to bed early and woke up with a sore back which did not help one bit since he had back to back events that day. He waddled a little like a penguin or like a little old man who creak and groan with every move he take.

When he made another loud groan and he positively stinks of medicated plasters late that night, P'Yui couldn't take it any longer when she dropped him off at home.

"Go try the cat cow yoga poses at home. It will help with your back."

Given he had nothing to lose and the said cat cow yoga poses looks relatively easy on the internet, he decided to give it a try. No harm in trying anyway when he is aching so badly. Taking a warm shower to loosen his aching muscles, he pulled on a pair of loose cotton boxers before stretching his body, again groaning at the ache twinging at his lower back. The floor looks too hard on his knees without a yoga mat.

He decided to instead just try it on the bed, putting the multiple pillows on the head of the bed before going to the side table. He added some water to the air diffuser as well as a few drops of essential oils before turning it on. The mixed blend of bergamot and sweet orange smells super relaxing as he nods in approval.

Climbing to the middle of the bed, he decided to face the diffuser so he can breathe in the faint scent as he try to loosen his lower back with the recommend yoga poses. He feels his lower back clench as he moved from the cat to the cow pose. He repeated these in several sets before he recalled another pose which looks promising for the now lessening ache in his back.

As his body move towards the half tortoise pose where he lowered his upper body to lay flat to the bed, he realize this is the perfect pain free pose for him. The half cow half tortoise pose, his butt still high up in the air while his upper body and cheek rested on the bed.

So intent he was in his beginner yoga, he didn't hear the soft click of the front door or the footsteps nearing him. He didn't see his lover's mouth dropping in shock at how provocative the pose he is in looks, how the thin boxers is pulled tight, outlining everything, how this mimics one of their favorite positions where the other can bottom out in the other. He didn't see how those eyes darkened with lust or how the lion stripped off his own clothes before two hands gripped his firm thighs pulling the younger against him, shocking Krist before other calmed down at the sight of the older.

"Is this an invitation?"

Krist couldn't remember the reply that he have on the tip of his tongue when the older rocked against him, pleasure shooting down their veins as the older grinded purposefully against him before hands reach to pull his upper body up so his back rested on the older's chest. Hungry lips met eager ones.

Perhaps this might be a better cure for his aching back or it will contribute to a worse one but for the life of him, he couldn't care as they drove each other crazy.
