Frank's POV
Something isn't right. I can feel it. This sounds cheesy, but I know when something's up. I just can't tell what, but I hope like anything that it isn't Gerard. My stomach lurches when I read the newspaper the next morning. There is a small article about the bar near our house, saying that someone was found passed out and almost dead on the floor, after too many shots. "I th-think that w-was Gerard." I stutter to Gracie. She looks shocked. It was pretty obvious that he was going to go out for a drink, but I didn't think for it to escalate to this. "Hope he's okay." Loki says, he'd been sitting there for a while now but not really saying much. Gracie motions at me for a hug, which I give her. We just there for a while, enjoying the company, Loki glancing over at us and looking extermely awkwardly. "I need t-to see him." I say, Gracie looking at me sadly. I feel like asking Jacquie if we could see Gee, but basically know the answer, still, there is no harm in trying to see my love. Gracie and Loki follow close behind me, as we make the seemingly long trek towards the disliked head doctors office.
"J-jacquie," I say, knocking on her door. "Yes Frank?" She says, peering out the door. "C-can I see G-gerard?" She looks at me, like she had just seen a ghost (Amelia's ghost i'll stop now).  "You can when we take him back tomorrow." My face feels hot, he can't come back, as much as I want to see him, I don't want him to wake up here, especially in that sterile hell room. "H-he can't come back!" I say, feeling myself get extremely angry, feeling like I could explode. "Calm down Frank. Its the safest place for him." Jacquie says in a soothing voice. That is one of the biggest lies in modern history, this is the place that Gerard hates, almost as much as he hates Jacquie. Without thinking my anger spills over and I punch her square in the nose. Gracie looks like someone who just saw some serious shade get thrown, and Loki is making the shape of an o with his mouth. I can't help but feel proud of myself, even though I will probably end up in a high security isolation room for the rest of time, but I really can't help but laughing as her nose begins to bleed, looking slightly crooked, her glasses cracking slightly and hitting the floor. Loki runs away as fast as he possibly can, not turning back for Gracie or me. "You're getting a transfer." She says, scowling at me, and my stomach drops that means no more Gracie, or Loki. I kind of deserve it though. Ever since I got brought back, I've either been holed up in my room, or giving the nurses snarky remarks. Gracie steps in front of me defensively. "He can't leave us!" She says, her voice breaking slightly at the thought of me leaving Loki and her.
My thoughts soon turned to Gerard. If Gracie and Loki transferred, he would be here completely alone. Just thinking about him make me get hit with emotional waves of pain, the fact that he's holed up in a hospital, not knowing when he's getting out, and when he does, he'll get sent straight back here. Later that night after I was told about a transfer, the remaining Squad and I devise a plan, not exactly foolproof, but good enough to work successfully.
