Chapter 21 ༈ Power

You didn't know how or when you fell asleep after the conversation Neil had brought up with you but you were losing blood and needed to get out of there quick. The color of your face was growing a bit pale and you were getting frustrated. How can I let myself get caught. Was what you thought once you looked around to see if he was still there. Nothing. Okay.

Moving around on the table you heard a flap of wings and looked around towards the window. Willow.. that means Brazen and Penelope can't be too far behind.. Releasing a small sigh of relief. You continued to move around on the table. Luckily he didn't remove your suit because then that'll really reveal who was the White Lion to who ever came to save you.

Wiggling your wrists from the straps, you were almost free till you heard a tap on the window. Quickly turning your attention you saw... Spider-Man? What? He noticed you struggling and opened up the window, sneaking in quietly with Willow before jumping down from the ceiling. Making his way over to you, he started to loosen the straps on your wrists. "Thank you.." You told him and he nodded before a noise was heard. "Untie yourself. I'm going to find out what that was." He mentioned before leaving and that's when you reached over untying the other straps but was stopped when Spider-Man got thrown back across the room to the far corner. It was followed by a laugh.

Green Goblin.

He came in flying on his jet as you went to unhook yourself from the tubes. "Why hello again deary. Miss me?" He said and you spat out "Fuck no." You saw who it really was when he stepped into the light. Neil Osborn.... Harry's father.... Did Harry not know?... Neil had the helmet of the Goblin in his hands and slipped it on. "Now you're not leaving until I'm done with you." With that he charged right at you but luckily you were fully untied and rolled off the table.

It didn't help with the fact that you felt a bit weaker than when you had started off due to the amount of blood taken out. The table was thrown to the wall from the impact of the jet and the Goblin turned around angry. You moved your hand at one of the metal bars on the ground near the door and made it hit him so hard he swerved. Spider-Man started to shoot his webs but it was getting dodged by the guy.

Willow, being the smart owl she is, grabbed the blood bags that Neil was trying to take from you and flew back out the window towards the house. You saw when Willow acted quickly and left. Nice. Quick thinking bud. Standing up from the ground, you looked to see if there was anything else you can use to hit the flying troll. Spider-Man was still fighting in the background till he got thrown again. Isn't he supposed to have quick reflexes?? An engine like sound purred right behind you as it was getting closer and when you looked quick, it was Goblin. He is really getting on my nerves man.. like he needs to chill out for a sec..

Not caring how weak you were and how pale you were getting by the minute, you raised an empty capsule nearby and threw it at him which made the Goblin fly to the wall. "Beat that fu-.." you started to say and felt pain on your leg making you stumble back a couple of steps, nearly falling. Spider-Man got up from his spot and saw the blade in your leg. "Hang on!" He yelled as he swung towards Goblin. SPLAT! He went straight into the wall when Goblin cut his webs. Wow.. he really is a spider..

Trying not to fall from exhaustion, you kept flying as making things as you could with your telekinesis right at Goblin. It was giving you time that's for damn sure. He was not getting your powers and that's for damn sure. There was no way that you were going to let him.

As you were giving out from the amount of power you were using and how tired you were, your leg gave out and made you fall to the ground. Not to mention how much blood that was drained out from you but the wound on your shoulder from earlier and the new one on your leg. You laid there looking at the ceiling as your vision was starting to get blurry.

Right when Goblin was seconds away from getting to you, he got pushed back by a large amount of water. It surely did throw him off of his Jet. It was Penelope who had pushed him back. Both of your guardians were water benders due to experimentation from their past, but they had other abilities they rarely used. Brazen was about to say something when he saw a kid wearing a Red and Blue spandex suit stand up. "Penelope, the kid.. maybe he can help out." He pointed out as he motioned to Spider-Man. "You take care of this ugly troll or creature man thing and I'll get them." Penelope responded to him as she went off.

As Brazen was now fighting the Goblin, Penelope ran over to check your wounds. "Hey (Y/n), stay with me here. Stay awake. We'll get you out of here." She started to say as she carefully raised her hand over the wound on your leg and made a bandage appear around it. So that held it and helped. Then she went to your shoulder and did the same thing.

Looking over at the kid who was trying to find a way to fight the troll dude, she called out to him "Hey Spandex! Get over here and help me!" Spider-Man looked over at the name and ran over. "It's Spider-Man by the way." He muttered but then noticed that the woman was Penelope and when he looked to his left, the guy was Brazen. Why are they here? He thought to himself, but was snapped out of it when she spoke again. "Whatever. I need you to get her out of here while we deal with his guy." He nodded at her.

Going over to your side, he noticed that you were going in and out of consciousness. "Where do I bring her?" He asked Penelope. "There'll be an owl outside. Follow it." She stated then left to help Brazen who was now fighting hand and hand combat with Goblin. Spider-Man picked you up bridal style and you looked at him the best you could. With your eye sight still blurry, you mustered to say "...Spider?..." before going unconscious. You fought hard and long against the Goblin and no one would blame you for the current state you were in.

Running out of the building with you in his arms, he looked around and spotted the white owl sitting on a street lamp. "Willow?.." he whispered as he started to follow the owl back down the street it came from. "This is so... confusing. Who is she that not only Penelope and Brazen know but the owl? Plus why would Mj be so worried about her and about (Y/n) not coming to school?" He muttered under his breath.

The owl made a sharp turn down an alleyway and still holding you in his arms, he turned down the alley. It wasn't till the owl made a right turn down a familiar street. "Isn't this where (Y/n) lives?" He said and the owl gave a hoot before flying straight towards a house.  It wasn't till we got closer when I found out who's house it actually was. The lights were off but light in the front was still on. "(Y/n)'s House?" He mentioned.
