The Ultimate Sweetheart: Book One- Luck Arc (Nagito Komaeda x Female!Reader)

(Most of the stuff written here is irrelevant now because it was about a different version of this story that I was making- only it kinda sucked and I didn't enjoy writing it anymore. It's not that big of a deal though, since the good chapters of it that I was gonna scrap were fixed up and put in here instead and I've decided that some of the ideas I had with the second version can go here even still. So you can read all of this if you want, but keep all of what I just said in mind too as you do.)

I was never going to fully leave the original version of the story anyways. (Stuff in parentheses are what I added after this was originally written. The rest of this typing is from before my new decision to end the new version)
I decided this weekend that I wasn't really sure how to set this story up properly. It mostly started when I realized Nagito was a lot more out of character than I wanted him to be. (Nothing that editing can't fix. Honestly expect a LOT of editing from me. I bet not a week will go by where at least 2 chapters aren't a little edited.) Not that I wanted him to be out of character at all, but I was just really unsatisfied with how I portrayed his character. Now Nagito is already a very complicated character, as in, I still have a hard time understanding him even after having watched the whole anime and all of the games multiple times. But he also has a whole fandom page that explains his character, and I really wanted to correct my story based on it and the facts I consider true from it. I'm also sure I have a lot of errors that make the story too convoluted and messy looking. Not that I really need this story to look professional, but I don't want it to look cringy, that would suck. I also have a new person from school who knows a lot about Danganronpa, and will be able to help me if she wants too, it might be fun but we should also redo the chapters so that the story doesn't clash with our ideas, sadly while I'm writing this, she isn't here to help me write the next chapter so it might actually take a day longer than I originally wanted, but when I get back to updating, I will try to have a way to make this easier. TT^TT(Actually lmao, the person I mentioned never really came in to edit stuff so--)

Content I added to the storyline basically

Since it's very possible that Nagito has a romantic attraction to Hajime, (Though that's a very complicated topic based on what part of the fandom you look at, also I'm tryna play it safe with words. Seriously I'm on thin ice here. This whole ship is thin ice.) I wanted to try and include these points in my story somehow. I want to make it so it's a bit of a love triangle, but unlike the first version of this book, the romance will come in a little slower. This is because I believe he'd have a harder time connecting with an actual Ultimate character vs Hajime of the reserve course. In the fandom page, it's said that Nagito may be attracted to Hajime because he's not an Ultimate, but at the same time, Hajime made an effort to understand Nagito, which Nagito didn't understand. Nagito also wishes he can have someone to love at least once before he dies, so making this a love triangle would be pretty lucky for him. I won't dig any deeper than that for the new version of this story. The tags on this story will be mostly the same, mostly likely tags like #LoveTriangle, #KomaHina, #ReaderxHajime, (and in addition #KomaZuru and ReaderxIzuru) #HajimexChiaki and ect will be added. I will try my very best with the assistance of other people's suggestions, to make Nagito as in character as possible. The suggestions will be used at my discretion and I will try my best to give credit where it is due. I will still try to update every week, and lemon will POSSIBLY be made, but that would still be very awkward for me and I'd have trouble making it so it'd be a while...

Hiatuses won't happen

I DON'T DO HIATUSES. The only reason why this took so long was because of a Theater club Musical, (and as of 2019 summer break my predone chapters were closed off so I couldn't even biew them) and me rethinking my way of telling this story. Anyways, the life of a highschooler is busy but not so busy that I can't make time for this. If I seem to be on some kind of hiatus, or I stop updating for too long, yell at me, spam me, annoy me. I'll get back on it, I'm probably reading fanfictions or drawing, so it doesn't really matter. Unlike other people, I'm in like, a few clubs, but after school for me is just chores, cooking, and whatever I want. The only situation I will actually need time is when I'm studying for important tests. (since I don't study often)((woah, don't worry my grades are fine I swear))Theater club events at school is also when things get hectic and we stay after everyday, and only at those times will I maybe skip a couple of weeks due to temporarily piled up work. It's not as bad as it might sound, it's normal, I get help, I pay attention in class and such. Enough about my personal life though ;-; I sounded a bit serious for a moment there...

Anyways, spam the hell out of me unless I say I'm doing theater work or finals which will only last about a week (I will definitely post about it if I am busy). In the very least I should still update, but on a different day of the week. For now I should be updating every other tuesday starting today. (Especially when I get my predone chapters back;-;)

For those that didn't look at this AN, I don't blame you, it's long, intimidating, and boring looking. Honestly it gives you some good information, but most of this is outdated and I really had to edit it like hell, mostly the stuff in parentheses are edits from summber break of 2019 including this edit that I did not put in parentheses. =)
