Maan was in room when he heard someone sing. Geet was also taking out her clothes to change.

Geet went out of the room and stood by the pillar of the balcony overlooking the courtyard and looked below in the courtyard where Diljeet was singing. The whole courtyard was decorated with small lights and sitting arrangement was done on three sides leaving the central place for performance. Geet leaned on the pilar holding her pallu in her hand, listened to the song as Maan stood near her and looked at her.

Slowly everyone started to collect downstairs and sit. It was very late night but everyone seemed to be full of energy. A few of Geet's cousin also came and stood with her to listen. Geet shifted and stood next to Maan making him conscious of his stare. Geet was looking at Diljeet who looked up at her and bowed and Geet smiled.

Oye Majnu.... Stop singing sad songs. We are here for celebration. An aunt spoke in between the song and interrupted it. Geet and her cousins broke into a laugh attracting all attention.

Oye Geet Handa, come down. Diljeet shouted from there. He sang.. will you be my chamak challo?

He turned to play a song but the girls standing with Geet replied with a song.....Teri band jawani.. nahi chahiye mujhko teri second hand jawani. Hoti hogi teri koi deewani.......jitna tu kameena utni mein sayani.. nahi chahiye teri second hand jawani and giggled. Geet was singing with them. Maan was stunned to see Geet behave this way. He shook his head and went back.

Geet also along with other girls dispersed. Some went down and some went to change. Geet also went to change into a yellow sharara paired with red kurta with gotta patti work. She made a braid and refreshed her makeup into simpler version before going down.

Maan was working with blaring noise of music when Aryan and Aarav came in. You are here?

Yes I cant sleep in this noise so I am working. Maan replied casually.
