NOTE: Sorry for the delay. I started reading a story and got hooked to it for last two days.

I havent edited, so bear with the mistakes. .

Geet was surprised to see Daadi come in to her room with Nakul in tow holding a number of shopping bags. Geet usually avoided seating with Daadi in her bedroom, they mostly chatted in the lounge on the same floor, garden or dining table. From starting only, she avoided bedroom gossip as free and frequent access of Daadi in her room may reveal their relation to her.

What are these Daadi? Geet reffered to the packets Nakul placed and took leave.

I did a little shopping for you. Daadi smiled.

This isnt little. Geet pouted.

I asked you to shop some formal clothes, you didnt so I did it. Daadi replied. So how was the first week of office?

Daadi I had enough dresses to wear. It wasnt needed. Geet whined. Well the office is good. A little tiring but I will adjust quickly.

Sure you wont miss on your studies?

I have enough time. I do nothing at home except studying. I dnt work at home so I can compensate there. Geet chuckled.

Daadi opened the packets and showed her the trousers and shirts she had bought for her.

Daadi these are very proffessional types. I go there straight from college. I cant be so formal at college.

But office has its own decoram Geet, you must follow them.

The girls there are usually in trousers and tops at times blouses. Few come in suits too.

You can wear your suits at times but those jeans? Dont they have a problem with you going in Jeans?

Nope. Veer and I are going in them. I will wear these when I go from home or have some meeting. Geet kept a shirt on herself and looked at the mirror. I look different in these.

Yeah a neat pony or a low bun will make you look very formal. Daadi admired her.

Would you like some tea? Geet asked, she wanted to take Daadi out before she asked her to stack the dresses in her wadrobe.

Not now. We will take dinner soon. I want to call it an early night. Maan didnt tell you I leave for Chandigarh tomorrow? Daadi looked at her with surprise.

Daadi you know him; how much he talks. He must have eaten those words instead of food. Geet made fun to avoid confrontation. How long will you be gone? I will miss you.

Daadi asked looking at her lost expression. You both have still not patched up? Geet take the initiative, he is a bird brained when it comes to relationships.

Daadi this will take time. He will have to understand me in better light.

I know he has hurt you, a little too much. But trust me he is my coconut, rough and hard on outer side but really soft on personal front. Once you break his shell and enter inside, he will care for you more than himself.

Geet smiled and looked up to her Babaji and said in her mind. #Where do I get that strong a Hammer to break his shell? #

Next morning

Good morning Daadi. All set to go. Maan asked Daadi as he took his seat on the breakfast table.
