Are you there? You are here only? Where do I come to meet you? Geet asked him as soon as she was in the washroom.

I am not there. Just listen to me. Maan tried to calm her down.

Geet first thing. You will tell no one that this was planned. Or you told me anything about Atul. Not even your close friends.

Why? You helped me and why can't I tell them? They have been with me through all this. Geet was surprised.

No Geet somewhere things may get leaked. Then it will be a problem for you. Someone told him your no. then your plan to go to the mall. So you dnt utter a word about it.

Secondly I got help from the dept. They went out of way for me so their reputation should never be tainted. They have helped us.

Hhhmmm. Geet nodded.

Geet are you getting the situation? He asked again.

Geet shouted Meera from back and hugged her in excitement. Celebration.....

What are you doing here? We will party today. We want a treat. He has gone to jail. Yipppeee. Meera was literally jumping.

Ahh.. You go I will come in a minute. Geet pushed her playfully.

Why? What will you do here? Meera looked around.

Nothing. Ok lets go. Ok. Geet followed Meera, as she pulled Geet.

Got it go. Maan said.

Maan just muted his phone. He was still worried that Geet didn't understand the complexity of situation and may blabber in a fit of happiness to her friends and someone may over hear them. To assure this he just let the phone on with mute on his side. Geet assumed he has cut the phone and forgot all about it in her happiness. Being covered below her hair none of her friends marked it or questioned it.

The constant buzz in his ear be it Geet's breaths while in class; whispers of comments on the prof; or her giggles in between classes or the song she hummed became soothing for him. He worked in office undisturbed until Geet reached the washroom and Meera enquired about Atul.

I am feeling so relieved that he got arrested. Your babaji listened to your pleas. Dnt know how things happened suddenly.

Yes. It was. Geet said thoughtfully.

What happened? You seem to be in a different World. Meera looked at her.
