Your POV 2 years later~

It's been 2 year since the 104th started and you could say without a doubt you were probably the top of your class. You excelled in everything you did and you didn't plan on stopping anytime soon but it didn't matter where you were at in the rankings, either way you were gonna join the scouts and nothing could change your mind. It was currently heavily raining and Shadis was making the cadets run through the woods with heavy gear on their backs and the wet mud wasn't making things easier "Pick up the pace you lead heeled laggers!" Shadis yelled at everyone on his horse "Your boots waterlogged Arlert? Let's see some hustle!" he slowed his horse's pace to fall back and yell at Armin

Shadis POV

I slowed my horse to get closer to cadet Arlert, he was severely lacking behind the rest of the cadets, poor bastard's not used to this weight, but that doesn't stop me from doing my job "Gear too heavy for ya son? Hell drop it leave it in the mud the titans will have easier work at digesting you without the extra baggage!" I yelled at him before speeding back up on my horse and looking out of the corner of my eye to see cadet Braun pick up Arlert's gear off his back, 'Reiner Braun: mind and constitution of a grass fed ox, respected by his comrades - Armin Arlert: built like a daffodil but academically brilliant'

Your POV 

You couldn't exactly make out what he was saying over the rain so you just decided to keep on moving and leading the pack. By the time you guys reached your destination the skies had cleared up and it had stopped raining, it was a practice range for killing fake titans and you couldn't be more ecstatic, you could finally try out the blades along with your new technique you had thought up. Everyone was waiting for Shadis to give the go ahead on a tree and drew their blades, you flipped your right one in the air and caught it backhand 'Alright time to get serious and put my skills to the test' you thought with one  goal in mind, slay as many fake titans as possible while getting this technique down "Uhhhhh (F/N)? That's not how you're supposed to hold the blades" Connie told you noticing how you were holding the right grip "I know" was all you replied with in a serious tone and that's when Shadis signaled for the practice to start "Begin!" was all he yelled, you immediately zipped off and maneuvered through the trees and scouted out your first fake titan 'Here we go' you shot your hook into the tree behind it and with a grunt you shot forward with immense speed spinning in a circle, you completely tore through the nape and broke off the wooden head in the process 'Good, it worked exactly how I thought it would, I'm a bit dizzy but I'll get used to it over time, now to keep practicing' you thought moving through the forest slicing up fake titans and keeping count.

Shadis POV

I gave the cadets the go ahead to head out to the practice range, this was gonna be a crucial point for grading, I stood at my post as I observed the cadets 'Annie Leonhart: gifted with a sword but does not play well with others - Bertholdt hoover: he's made of talent but too miled mannered - Jean Kirstein: second best of the class on ODM, also an insufferable smartass with a hair trigger temper - Sasha Braus: unusually fine instincts, rarely shares them with her teammates - Connie Springer: agile on the switchbacks, few sandwiches shy of a picnic - Mikasa Ackerman: model cadet, excells in everything, infact it's no overstatement to call the girl a genius - Eren Jaeger: lackluster in the classroom, marginally better in the field but driven by a sense of purpose that's almost terrifying - Sarah Hoffman: amazing awareness and wits, her energy could rival that of Hanji Zoe's, god help anyone who's in the same room with both of them - Daisy Hicks: shows immense care for her comrades, not the strongest but makes up for it in brains - (F/N) (L/N): the greatest soldier I've ever seen, the girl can do any task but ten times better than anyone would normally do it, extremely loyal and protective of her friends and  has an ice cold demeanor, dare I say she's the strongest person in this world, to mess with her is to mess with death'
