You were standing on some type of dirt like substance looking out at a body of water staring into the sun and taking in the beautiful sight 'Mom had read me a book about what layed outside the walls, in it was something described as a great expanse of water with an endless amount of salt, she called it the sea. Levi had chosen Mikasa, Armin, Jean and Sasha to make up the new Levi squad tasked with protecting Eren and Historia at all costs. Hanji  had promoted you to squad commander for your valiant actions and performances in the scouts and cadets putting you just next to Moblit in the chain of command, Sarah and Daisy were part of a team you were building with the help of Hanji and you stationed them with Levi squad for the time being. They had been placed in a house a little way from the wall to protect them from whoever may be of concern, you and Levi had arrived after doing some errands. You opened the door and heard everyone arguing "What's all the commotion" you said walking into the house with Levi. Levi then went over to the table, everyone stopped talking as you guys walked in, he put his hand under the table and rubbed his hand on it before looking at his fingers which were covered in dust "I am quite certain I gave you enough time" he said obviously disappointed at the lack of cleaning that went on "Nevermind we can discuss your utter failure at a later date"he said to while wiping his hand off "Eren Hanji is anxious to get the experiment underway" you said to him "Right yes ma'am" and with that you went to a clearing where Hanji was waiting.

Eren had made multiple attempts to transform and use his titan powers all of which had failed. "What's wrong Eren? Get uuuup the future of humanity depends on you dammit! GET UUUUUUP!" Hanji yelled at Eren "Third time and his form's changed again" you stated and Levi started talking "He's not even ten meters tall and some of his body lacks muscle plus Eren's scrawny ass is hanging out" "I can see that!" Hanji replied to him in an annoyed tone before trying to talk to Eren again "Eren think you can still move? Give us a signal or somethin will ya?" then Mikasa jumped off and ran towards him "Great the brat's at it again off to the rescue" Levi said watching her "She never learns does she?" you asked before Hanji contineud talking "There's no response we're done here" she then started yelling to Eren as she flew off the cliff towards the clearing, you and Levi just stayed up with Armin a little far back from you guys and watched as they pulled him from his titan. Levi then turned his head to look at Armin "Not the outcome we'd hope for we're still a long way from being able to use Eren's titan to seal the wall" then Armin responded "Yes we've known all along this would be like grasping at straws" then you chimed in "The plan's strategically sound and simple in theory all we need is to get Eren there. This could still work" then Hanji withdrew everyone. You then turned to Historia "You ride back to the house with Eren Levi's coming with me and Hanji's group we're headed for Trost" she responded with a feint "Ma'am" before walking off.

You and Levi had metup with Erwin to discuss the outcome of the experiments "I see another failure then. Imagine if it had worked we could've plugged the hole in Shiganshina in less than a day" "What we need is information it's not like there are books in the subject that would make things too easy" you stated then Levi began talking "But we do have Krista-no, Historia Reiss maybe she can give us some insight into the nature of the walls" Erwin then turned to look out the window "I did some digging and found a report about her life before the cadets the illegitimate daughter of lord Reiss. Hers was not a happy childhood, lord Reiss is the key to all this somehow why would a mere regional lord know the secrets of the walls?" the three of you then continued to talk until it was time to sleep.

Early that morning you had gone out to the barracks cause Hanji wanted you to come with her and Moblit to check on pastor Nick, you were in your night clothes consisting of a tight (f/c) shirt that stopped just below your chest with black leggings and dark red shoes with. When you got to the barracks you saw military police and Nick's body on the floor in his room, he was murdered and no doubt they were the ones behind it. Hanji looked in the room horrified before one of the MP pushed her back from the door "Hey! Messing with our crime scene scout?" then another officer next to the one that initially pushed her got in her face and started talking "Don't come any closer" the original officer began to talk again "This isn't your jurisdstiction, a simple robbery murder" he closed the door and continued talking "There've been a string of em lately" Hanji snapped out of her daze and walked forward yelling at him "I'm not buying it his nails were torn out!" before she could say anything else the MP grabbed her by the collar and lifted her up to his face "Which unit are you in?" this action pissed both you and Moblit off. You acted instantly and gripped his wrist to the point where you were probably cutting his circulation off and honestly, you hoped you were causing him extreme amounts of pain, then you started to speak for her as you inserted yourself between the two of them and took his arm off her "Section commander Hanji, fourth squad. I'm squad commander (F/N) (L/N)" he tensed up hearing your name come from your mouth knowing a few of the stories that were attached to it "And I'm XO Moblit Berner" Moblit stated as you let his arm go "Teh you know when your whole branch is garbage being high rank doesn't make you smell any sweeter. Listen that man wasn't killed by a titan, one person killed another this isn't scout business!" he yelled in her face then your antagonistic sarcastic side came out "You know there's a lot of work to be done in the scouts if you're looking, plenty of expeditions to go out on and such I'm sure you'd love to come out and show our garbage branch how it's done, might even help get rid of that superiority complex you got goin on" you said with an apathetic look on your face making him shiver.
